Sarah takes the stage for her talent portion, and she sings, "The Greatest Love of All" very nicely. Ben and Felicity watch from the wings. Wouldn't Ben have been kicked out of the wings by now? Sarah's song fades into the announcement of the winners. What? Where was Felicity's talent portion? What a rip-off. I'm pissed. Felicity's hair has morphed into some sort of sausage-roll thing. Felicity wins the eveningwear competition, like they award prizes for each separate category. Felicity does not win the academic portion, which apparently included a $3000 prize. Sarah gets first runner-up, and Miss Bizzotch wins the crown. Felicity is so pissed that she doesn't even clap at first.
After the pageant, Javier, Felicity, and Sarah exchange hugs. Ben waves from the opposite wings. Sarah asks who that is, and Felicity laughs and doesn't answer. She walks over to Ben, who congratulates her on winning a $200 gift certificate to The Wiz. Aw, Ben is so supportive. Felicity tells Ben that she isn't pregnant. At first, I was all, "Wait, did she call the clinic during the...oh." Ben has the same thought process as me, because he asks whether she went to the clinic, and Felicity explains that she got her period. Felicity apologizes and says that she's glad Ben stayed. Ben is glad, too. They hug, but Felicity still has the worried eyes over his shoulder.
Sean prints out some information about shrimp, but Meghan doesn't care. Sean thinks that Meghan should have defended him to her dad. Meghan protests that she did. Sean says that he has hundreds of ideas, and she just has to wait until he finds the right one. Meghan points out that she can't wait around, and some people never stumble on the right one. Sean stands up and says that he has faith that he has found the right one, but if Meghan doesn't, she can call that John guy. Meghan thinks Sean is cute. Sean asks if he's cuter than that John guy. Meghan says that he is, and then says that she'll call her dad and say she doesn't want his stupid money. Sean asks how much money they are talking about, and Meghan answers, "A lot." They laugh and kiss because all of their problems are over. Oh, you know that once they have a kid, the parents will want to be involved again. Like on Gilmore Girls. They'll be all having dinner with them every Friday night.
Noel arrives at Felicity's apartment, and thanks her for the call. Felicity says that she didn't want to leave him hanging. Noel explains that he came by because he has a solution to her tuition problems. Felicity starts to say that she can't take his money, but Noel explains that he's talking about her being the TA for that Art class. It wouldn't cover expenses, but it would pay for some of her credits. The only problem is that it's right down the hall from his office. Why is that a problem? She'll be there like three hours per week. They run into each other all the time anyway. I mean, Noel still lives at the loft, and so does Ben, right? Felicity asks if it would be weird. Noel doesn't think so, and says he's not offering her the job because of what happened. He thinks she would be great. Felicity protests that she hasn't even taken the class. Noel asks whether she would take the job if nothing had happened between them. Felicity guesses she would. Noel says she would because they were friends, and if she doesn't take it now, it means that everything has changed between them. Noel doesn't want to be somebody that she can't be around, and asks Felicity to think about it. Felicity says that she will. You know, every time those two talk so openly about what happened, I expect Ben to walk around the corner, having overheard the whole thing. Is it just me?
