FluBar. Alvers is fiddling around with test tubes while Faggy Amador is typing something into his laptop. A monitor hooked up to a surveillance camera shows them that someone has entered the club -- another dark and handsome man. "He's here," says Amador. Oh, great. Another villain I have to keep track of. Amador lets him in. "We were getting worried," says Amador. "We have a job to do." "We've got plenty of time," says the new villain. Amador asks him why he chose such a "limited target." "Why not the airport or a sports arena?" asks Amador. NuVillain assures Amador that mass casualties are not their main objective -- not yet, anyway. "Then why are you doing this?" asks Amador. "To send a message," says NuVillain, studying the test tubes.

Back at CTU, Soul Patch calls another meeting, at which he informs everyone about Kiefer's shooting of Nina. "The order from Division specified that we use non-lethal force!" says Potato Face. Yeah, and on my new pillow, there is this tag that tells me that I can go to jail if I pull it off. Soul Patch tells Potato Face that it's a done deal, since Nina is dead. "So how are we going to find the V-I-R-U-S?" asks Potato Face. "Alvers has it and Nina was our only connection to Alvers." Soul Patch believes they can trace Alvers through Amador. "But we've pretty much exhausted all of our leads," whines Adam the Whiny Woman Hater. "Then run 'em again!" orders Soul Patch. Bitchelle shares with the group some Russian intel; apparently there are some bio-warfare detonating devices missing from an armory in the Ukraine. These devices are used to disburse pathogens into the atmosphere. While talking about these devices, she shows a diagram of how these devices work. They seem like a pretty complicated substitute for a fan! Soul Patch believes that Amador and Alvers are arming these devices with vials full of the V-I-R-U-S. "This means we all have to work fast," says Soul Patch.

Back at FluBar, NuVillain is demonstrating to Alvers how to use the very devices that they were discussing at CTU. Apparently, you press a bunch of buttons and the V-I-R-U-S gets blown around. Guys? They're called fans. You can buy them at Walgreen's for $14.99. Better yet? Just infect someone and have them walk around and lick people. While Alvers practices setting off the device, NuVillain turns his attention toward Amador who is clicking away on his laptop. "Tell me how it went down in Mexico," says NuVillain. Amador stops typing. "You didn't think I'd find out," says NuVillain. "I didn't think you needed to know," says Amador. "You were stupid enough to believe that Kiefer had turned against CTU and now you've got every intelligence agency in the country after you," says NuVillain. Amador protests that Kiefer's story checked out, but NuVillain maintains that what Amador did in Mexico was stupid and greedy. "And it may have cost me my advantage," says NuVillain. "I still expect to be paid," says Amador. NuVillain gives him a Whatever Technology authorization number. Amador types it into his laptop. A figure of ten million dollars flashes on the screen. "This is only half," says Amador. NuVillain says he'll get the other half once NuVillain receives confirmation about "the hotel." "The deal was, we get paid in full," says Amador. "The deal changed when you went down to Mexico," says NuVillain. "After you hit the hotel, you get the rest of the money." Amador is really pissed, but he knows he can't say anything.
