Dr. Nancy's all, is there any chance you're still in love with this woman and can't see that maybe she just wants forgiveness? Spy Daddy's all, in love? I never said ANYTHING about being in love. Where'd you ever get THAT idea? Dr. Nancy's all, well, it wasn't real hard to jump to that conclusion, Admiral Obvious. You're awfully pissed off about a woman who has little or no involvement in your life. Spy Daddy's all, look, I dunno what that bitch wants, whether it's something within the CIA or to recruit Syd over to her side, but I'll tell ya one thing: "Derevko is using this agency and my daughter to get whatever it is that she wants." Spy Daddy's anger is up, and his voice starts getting louder and louder. "And everywhere I look, people are being COMPLACENT and COOPERATIVE, LISTENING TO --" He stops for a moment and composes himself. "Listening to a woman who killed operatives of the CIA, who destroyed countless lives." "Yours," Dr. Nancy states. Spy Daddy passes out.

Back in Mama Hari's cell, Syd gets ready to leave as she tells Spy Mommy that they'll take her suggestions into consideration. "Careful," warns Mama Hari. Then she smiles rather sweetly at her daughter, her eyes crinkling with concern. Syd leaves. "You asked me what I was afraid of," we hear Spy Daddy say as we watch Syd leave Mama Hari's cell, smiling at the thought that her Mommy was being real nice today.

Back in Dr. Nancy's office, Spy Daddy continues, "I can tell you. It's obvious. I'm afraid of losing my daughter."

And…SCENE.

Subbasement Of Dreams And Desires. Syd's waiting on her non-boyfriend. He enters and gets kind of tetchy about the whole "Dad acting like a handler" deal that Spy Daddy pulled earlier. Syd excuses his behavior, saying that he did it to keep Syd from talking to Mama Hari. Vaughn, thinking that the more understanding he pretends to be, the better chance he'll have of handcuffing Syd to a bed frame and putting a peacock feather to good use, kind of looks down at his shoes and shrugs a sheepish "I know" in Sydney's direction.

Syd's all, Spy Mommy actually had some helpful intel. Vaughn's all, god, I really love these Kenneth Cole shoes. Then he looks up at Syd and tells her, once again, that it's ridiculous for her to be worried about him in regards to Mama Hari. "What she did to my father, I can handle," he says, doing a mental forehead-wrinkle count. He slices in a few more for good measure and says, "But when I heard what your father did, coming to see you like that, I realized how insane this must be for him." Wow. Way to jump on the Spy Daddy bandwagon, Agent Apathy. Think Syd's gonna smear your body with honey and lap it up now? Think again, Spy Boy.
