NoDaddyNo Manor. Cate, looking fresh and shapely after taking a bath and changing into her own clothes, breezes by the dead officer in the patrol car and walks into the interior calling for Spawn. There is no answer, so Cate starts to go upstairs and look through the house. Spawn, however, is there. She's just hiding under the stairs. What is this filter they're putting over the camera? It totally makes the light refract like a Cindy Sherman photograph. Finally the two ladies come face to face. "Who are you?" says Spawn menacingly. You see, Spawn is demonstrating The Law of Spawn, whereby Spawn will always be nice to the person or party whose about to fuck her over, while being cold and threatening to the people who are there to help her. Cate introduces herself and explains that she's there to take Spawn to CTU at Kiefer's request. Spawn raises her gun and points it at Cate. "How do I know that?" she asks, cocking the gun. Cate repeats the events of the last hour to Spawn -- the self-defense killing of DaddyStopTouching me, et cetera -- as proof of her familiarity with Kiefer. Spawn is puzzled…like a mynah bird who catches sight of her own image in a mirror. "Do you work at CTU?" she asks. Cate answers that she does not. "My family was involved with what happened today," says Cate. Spawn wonders aloud why Kiefer would send a total stranger to pick her up. "He trusts me," says Cate, convincing Spawn to put down the gun and get into her car.

CTU. Holding Room. Yet again they're not separating the suspects, Bitchelle and Soul Patch, but instead placing them in a room together with a camera trained on them. Bitchelle paces a room for a little while and finally asks Soul Patch what he thinks they're going to get charged with. Soul Patch doesn't know. "They could push for treason if they wanted to," he says. Soul Patch lowers his voice so the surveillance equipment can't hear him and tells Bitchelle that he's going to tell Chappelle she had nothing to do with what he did. "No," says Bitchelle, not letting Soul Patch lie for her. "I did what I thought was right." They hold hands. Aw!

Division. Palmer is brought back to his holding room. PMHC thanks him for helping him out. Palmer asks how much longer PoorMan'sAlexanderHaig is going to hold onto him. PMHC tells Palmer that he'll get to go after the press conference…and that he's giving him a computer workstation to use. Palmer just looks out the window and says nothing. PMHC slinks out of the room with his tail between his legs. The time is 06:48:03 AM.
