Ben, Julie, and Felicity meet up with the car owner. He's all nervous about his car. Felicity assures him that they are responsible, and that none of them have ever gotten tickets. Julie giggles that she almost did once, but that she cried her way out of it. She would. Also, shut up, Julie. Car Owner Guy says he doesn't want them speeding, and they have three weeks, so they should take their time. He gives them some more anal instructions, and Felicity assures him that they will take good care of the car. Car Owner Guy leaves to get his calendar and tosses Ben the keys. They all crawl into the car and enthuse over how much fun they will have. Julie apologizes for "the little ticket slip." Ben asks seriously what that was all about. Julie says she was nervous. Ben looks disgusted with her. Felicity suggests that they buy some books about places to see. Julie says that she wants to go to Graceland, which is so not in between New York and San Francisco. Good one, Geography Girl. Ben pissily says that they're not going to Graceland, because everyone does. Julie says it was just a suggestion and Ben looks like he wants to murder her. The owner returns and says that if everything checks out, they'll be all set. He asks for copies of their licenses. Felicity forgot hers, but says she knows the number. Who knows their driver's license number? Felicity starts to list it off, but can't remember anything beyond the first three digits. Can't she just call him when she gets home?
A chick in Princess Leia braids says, "Please help me, Obi-Wan. You're my only hope!" and then opens an R2-D2 shaped garbage can. Heh. Guy and some other guy in line trade Star Wars trivia. Noel walks up and tells Guy about some problem with their project. Guy walks over to check it out and comments that when Noel gets back from Berlin, he'll be a whiz at web stuff. Noel sighs that he doesn't think he's going. Guy thought it was a done deal. Noel says it's complicated, because it turns out that his internship starts two weeks earlier than he originally thought, so it conflicts with his road trip with Felicity. Guy can't believe Noel is considering giving up "the most prestigious internship in computer graphics" for a road trip with his girlfriend. Seriously. Noel says that Felicity still isn't exactly his girlfriend. Guy suggests that Noel is worried that Felicity might hook up with someone else. He should be. Noel just thinks that this summer is the perfect time to "solidify [their] relationship." Guy says it's a no-brainer; Noel should take the internship. Noel thinks real hard.
