Meghan tells Teri Garr that she shouldn't have said what she said about Sean. Teri Garr says, "Well, if you felt it, it was real. And, uh, you have to respect that." What the hell does that mean? Meghan concedes that she might have been a bit harsh. Teri Garr squints and nods. Sean returns, apologizes, and takes his seat. Meghan apologizes to Sean for being mean, and then tells him that she loves him because he's "brave" and puts himself "out there." They kiss. Teri Garr announces, "A kiss doesn't mean bliss." I think she's probably doing it wrong, then. She wants to make another appointment for them but they haven't stopped kissing yet.
Felicity knocks on Ben's door and opens it to find him stretched out on his bed. She asks whether he's okay, and he replies that he's fine. She whines that she feels "stupid" for ever having thought that she and Ben and Knoll could have all gone to Seattle together. Ben mutters that it's "a great opportunity." She claims that she wants to spend the summer with Ben, and he claims that he doesn't expect her to cut Knoll out of her life. Why not? Sounds like a good idea to me. Felicity says she has to figure out how she's going to handle Knoll.
There's a knock on the girls' apartment door. Elena shouts, "Come back after finals." The knocking continues and she gets up to answer the door. It's DeForrest. She says, "I have three extremely long essays to read by 9 AM tomorrow." He asks whether he should go, and she invites him in. He apologizes and says it's hard for him to believe that "someone like her could be into someone like [him]." He confesses that he's been hurt in the past by girlfriends who used him to feel better about themselves. Elena says she can't make any promises about the future and mentions her own "baggage" from past relationships. Blah, blah, more discussion about what constitutes a normal relationship. Elena starts to say, "We haven't even begun to talk about..." when DeForrest leans in and kisses her. She looks at him then gives him a long kiss. He looks up at her, and then puts his head on her shoulder, which makes her laugh.
Knoll is busy replacing toilet rolls when Felicity tracks him down. She tells him that she's not going to take the job in Seattle, and whinges, "Knoll, I don't want to lose you. Your friendship means so much to me." He tells her to stop, and then says he loves her too much to be her friend, and hopes she understands that. On his way out, he mumbles, "I'll miss you."
Sean is having his bar mitzvah, and everyone is there. The camera pans around to Meghan, who is smiling, then to Knoll and Molly, then to Javier and Richard. Sean beams, and Meghan beams back. Elena and DeForrest hold hands and smile. If I could read Hebrew, I'd be able to tell you which part of the Torah Sean is reciting, because we get a close-up of it. However, I can't. Ben and Felicity are sitting together. He's smiling, and Felicity glances over at Knoll, who turns and looks at her with a frown on his face. Felicity looks pensive. Fade to black. It's a shame that Sean is the only one becoming a man today.
