It turns out that Knoll is walking straight out to Felicity to tell her that he never should have mentioned the job again. She asks why and he says, "Because it's not worth it for me, not if Ben is going to be there with you." Felicity explains, yet again, that since Ben is her boyfriend, he would be going with her to Seattle. Knoll says that he's been reminded "a million times lately" that Ben is her boyfriend and that he "[gets] it." Here's the thing though: it doesn't seem like you get it, Knoll; otherwise she wouldn't have to tell you so many times. I swear, he's as thick as a bloody brick. Felicity asks whether the job offer is only extended on the condition that Ben doesn't go. They just stand there looking at each other until Ben walks up and asks what's going on. Knoll snipes, "I'm talking to Felicity." Ben snarks, "I can see that." Knoll replies, "Do you mind?" Ben says, "Yeah, I kinda do. You're being a dick." Knoll gives a sick laugh. Felicity tries to pacify Ben and says, "He's just talking to me." Knoll tells them to "forget it." Ben says he doesn't want to forget it. Knoll yells, "Forget about it!" and pushes Ben on the shoulder as he tries to get past him. Once Knoll has passed, Ben pushes him to the floor. Felicity screams and a customer steps in to break it up. I predicted on the boards that Knoll would be the one to start the scuffle. The guy's an instigator, as my mother would say. Ben says, "You can talk to her all you want, but it's not going to change a thing. Got it? Not a thing." Felicity stands there, gaping and catching flies.

Felicity is in Javier's room, crying to him that Ben and Knoll "hate each other so much." She apologizes for bothering him with it, and he says it's okay. Then he says, "Look, sweetheart, you know I love you, right? But you are trying to eat your cake, too. You want both of these attractive boys in your life and you can't have it that way. You made your choice, right?" Felicity thinks that shouldn't mean that she can't be friends with Knoll. She doesn't realize that Knoll can't be a friend to anyone, because he doesn't even know what being a friend is. Javier, clad in his cow-covered nightgown, continues, "Look at me. Listen to me. If you want to be with Benjameen, then be with him. If you want Knoll as a friend, that's okay, but you can't make him Benjameen's friend." Felicity sighs, "Yeah. Yeah, I guess you're right." Javier says, "I know it's not easy. It's like that song, 'Growing up is hard to do.'" Felicity looks at him and laughs. He giggles, "You know I love you." Dr. Bride of Weakest Frankenlink comes in to tell Javier that all his tests "were negative." He asks, "Negative, like I'm not going to live, negative?" The doctor announces that he's had a panic attack and suggests that he could stand to lose a few pounds. Javier comments, "No need to get nasty." She tells him to "take care" and leaves. Javier squeals, "It's not my time. Hee, hee, hee-UH."
