...Must Come to an End

Jen dies, and, yes, people, I cried. I'm not made of stone, okay? She bequeaths baby Amy to Jack, and -- because Everyone Must Learn A Lesson From Jen's Tragic Death -- Doug comes out of the closet to admit that he loves Jack and he's ready to be a parent. Meanwhile, Dawson and Joey agree that they'll be together forever.but simply as friends, rather than in any kind of sexual or romantic way. Instead, Dawson goes back to his one true love (himself, a.k.a. his television show) and Joey and Pacey end up as they should: together. Oh, shut up. You got misty, too.

1-2 Recap Dance
Dance - Dawson in turn corrects Joey, "It's an homage with a heavy allegorical slant." "Homage"? "Allegorical"? Mark those Sars Maalox Scorecards at "1 minute 10 seconds," folks.

1-1 Recap Emotions in Motion
Emotions in Motion - The first-season credits feature mugging by the cast as attempt to chuck one another into the water and generally give the khakis advertisers the most for their product-placement dollar.

Extra There's just more of him to love
Angus - Hey, kids. Wanna relive painful memories of being one of the outsiders in high school? (Unless you were popular or something. In which case, get lost. We don't cotton to your type around here.) Then read about Angus, a film in which stalkery behavior can mean true love, George C. Scott gnaws one last bit of scenery before he passes on, and the Beek's beak gets broke.
