The elevator door opens and all I'll say about Heather's fashion choice is that it involves fuchsia. She struts over to the receptionist and demands that Jack be rung right away. He's in a meeting but if she would like to leave a message that would be super. Never mind, Laurie will have to do. No luck -- also at a meeting. Peter? The professor? Mary Ann? All at a meeting. It's confidential -- Williams family members only. Heather reminds this snooty little secretary that she is a Williams and gives her three seconds to cough up their whereabouts. They're all in Aviation. 'Perfect. And with two seconds to spare,' Heather snipes.
The Hangar. Scott and Chandler unveil something that will 'whet their appetites.' It's the flying wing -- a design that looks nothing like the cheesy drawing from last week. It's a massive wing with a tiny body -- very futuristic-looking. It elicits a "wow" from Jenny, but she's probably already tipsy. Chandler gives all the credit to Richard's vision. Jack wants to know 'how long' and 'how much.' Peter interrupts, whining about having to meet in the hangar where there's no indoor plumbing. Scott explains that there was a reason they were all lured down there. Chandler wanted to remind them that WGE began with a dream -- Dad's dream. Before he can continue, the sound of screeching tires alerts us that Heather has arrived. She's pissed that she never received the memo or email about this meeting. Peter informs her of the by-law that only division heads are included in board meetings. Why this law has been ignored until it was convenient is not explained. Heather threatens to get her lawyer involved, and Jack semi-apologizes, explaining that the meeting was impromptu and no one was purposely excluded. Heather reminds Jack who brought the project to his attention in the first place. Jack appreciates it, but Chandler can take it from here. Meeting adjourned.
Heather confronts Chandler in his office, where he quickly admits that the meeting was his idea. Heather suggests that he would have been too distracted having her in the audience. Doesn't he know that she's his biggest supporter? She reminds him of the kiss they shared the night. She sensed hunger in that kiss until Jack interrupted them. She wants to keep those "nosy bastards" out of their life. Umm those bastards happen to be his family. Hers too. She goes in for a lick but Scott pops in with a question about heat shields. He apologizes for interrupting. "One minute later and I would have had to charge you admission," Heather purrs before slipping out. Scott remarks that while he hates to see her leave, he loves to watch her go. I think that means that she has a nice ass.
