Who can bring us back from a week's hiatus for some more kryptonite-induced fun? The Candyman can! Tony Todd of Candyman fame becomes Jitterman when, after becoming an employee of LuthorCorp., he catches some kryptonite shrapnel from a plant explosion on the mysterious Level 3. Jitterman, who used to work for Clark Kent's family, develops freakish jitters that make him look like he came out of a Tool video. He wigs out (heh -- it's funny because he's stone bald), takes a bunch of hostages at the Luthor plant, and almost blows up the place by letting out a bunch of methane gas (from a tank, not from his body). Clark -- who has been busy throwing a party while his parents were in Metropolis for their second honeymoon -- comes to the rescue along with his loverboy Lex Luthor, who risks his own life to save the hostages. Clark saves Lex and Candyman, Lex moons over Clark as only Lex can, and at episode's end, it's Clark who gets the big hugs from a happy Bo Duke and MamaKent. Lex, meanwhile, feels the cold, icy hug of his angular, deceitful father, Lionel Luthor. Does it really take a genius to figure out which one's going to turn evil?
