After the ads, Josh goes to Ryan to make his two-week offer, trying to sweeten it by saying that everyone wants to target Ryan as an ally of Matt as soon as Ryan's no longer HoH. Ryan plays it cool for about ten seconds, but then says that he already knew about it, through Matt via Natalie. Joshuah decides that Natalie has just cut herself out of the alliance. Also, way to burn your spy, Ryan. Idiot.
Sure enough, Joshuah then goes to the other women and tells them that Natalie ratted them out. But fortunately, the deal still seems to be on.
And now here's another scene with Matt and Ryan, where they talk about maybe backdooring Joshuah should the opportunity arise. Matt thinks that's the actual plan, but Ryan DRs that he's still leaning towards backdooring Matt for the sake of Ryan's own safety.
The players for PoV are selected. The first three players are HoH Ryan and nominees Sharon and Chelsia, each of whom gets to draw a name of another person to be in the PoV competition. Ryan draws "Houseguest's Choice." So who's he going to pick, the supposedly suspenseful editing wonders? His old (and as far as Matt knows, his current) ally, Matt? Or his secret ally, Josh? He hedges his bets by picking Adam, a relatively neutral party in the recent intrigues. Chelsia draws Sheila, and Sharon draws Joshuah. Natalie sits and whines, "I don't get to do anything!" Not even Matt.
In the HoH room, Ryan shakes with the anti-Matt alliance, agreeing to backdoor Matt if he gets the chance, in exchange for two weeks of safety. Which will guarantee him sixth place or better in the game. Did Matt really ever have a chance in the face of such a generous offer?
"Meet you by the back door!" Matt crows by way of announcing the PoV competition, unaware of the significance of that phrase. Joshuah's only concern with the PoV competition is whether they can count on Adam to be on board with the plan. Host Matt explains the competition, which is needlessly complicated. It's a combination of shooting pool on a giant, slightly concave table and Yankee Swap, in which people will get to pick prizes at random, one of which is the Power of Veto. Sheila gets eliminated in the first round, but the prize she draws turns out to be the PoV. So Sheila's got it, at least for now. In the second round, Sharon gets eliminated and wins a motorcycle. Chelsia's jealous; she's been wanting a bike for a while, apparently. Otherwise how can she follow James around the world? Sharon makes Sheila swap prizes with her, much to Sheila's disappointment. Sheila's got no use for a motorcycle, she says. Josh gets eliminated in the third round, and his prize is a letter from home. He's thrilled, and plans to hang onto it. In the fourth round, "A-Baller" Adam drops out and ends up winning $10,000. So he trades it for the motorcycle, on the reasoning that Sheila needs the money more than Adam does. Sheila is touched that Adam basically just bought a brand-new bike from her for ten grand.
So now it's down to Chelsia and Ryan in the last round, and Chelsia loses. She ends up with a slop pass. Chelsia psychs Adam out on the bike ("It doesn't say Harley,") she says, and goes for the PoV instead. And Ryan, as the "winner," gets the last prize, which is Jen's unitard from last season. And he swaps the unitard for Sheila's $10,000. "I can use that 10 Gs a lot more than I can use that veto," Ryan DRs, heedless of whether Sheila has any use for $10,000. Josh is relieved that Chelsia has won the veto, because now he figures that Matt's going home. Matt indicates that he's somehow gotten wind of the plan to backdoor him as well, but he's confident in Ryan's support: "[There's] a better chance f my mother floating in the backyard with a hot air balloon than me going on the block this week." Writing this in real time, my first thought is, Let's hope MamaMatt's not afraid of heights.

In the aftermath of the PoV competition, Sheila is bitter about Ryan taking the $10,000 from her. In the storage room, James and Chelsia happily make out over her possession of the PoV. "It couldn't have worked out better," James says prematurely, and adds that now all they have to do is boot Matt. Sharon and Joshuah join them, reviewing the plan for Ryan to put up Matt. And then Ryan comes in to reiterate his support. Everyone on board? Good.
Sheila wrestles herself into the red unitard, which she rocks with a pair of black boots. She heads out to the kitchen with a fairly convincing show of confidence. Adam is still getting props for giving Sheila the cash. And Chelsia says that nobody was that selfish in the game, which is a pretty dumb remark to make. Sheila disagrees, reminding everyone that she's a single mom. Chelsia warns Sheila not to "play that card." So now Sheila has decided to be Chelsia's mortal enemy, because that's all it takes. After all, why target the person who actually took the ten grand from you, when you can instead target the person who made an insensitive comment about same?
And then she goes to Adam to warn him that nobody cares about them, and they're in trouble. "I don't know how it could have turned so quickly," she stresses. As always when Sheila buttonholes him, Adam's thinking, "Us?"
Sheila's move is to go to Natalie and inform her that she's decided to abandon the Anti-Matt alliance. Natalie, in turn, looks ready to abandon consciousness. Ryan comes out, and Sheila takes Ryan aside to warn him that there's a movement afoot in the house to take him out as soon as possible. But fortunately for Ryan, Sheila and Natalie are looking out for Ryan, as long as Ryan refrains from backdooring Matt. And Ryan buys it, because the person Ryan is most loyal to, the person he trusts the most, is the person who's talking right now.
PoV ceremony, preceded by Chelsia's contemplation of the memory wall as if any thought needs to go into this. She DRs that it's time for Matt to go. Joshuah gloats in the DR about having "pulled off the biggest strategic move in Big Brother history. The HoH is no longer in power, the house is in power, and guess who the house is. Moi!" That's quite a jinx that guy weilds.
Chelsia calls the houseguests in for the PoV ceremony. Matt sits there looking grumpy with his sunglasses, which is a clear sign that he knows everything. Chelsia gives Sharon a chance to encourage Chelsia to save herself; Sharon does, and Chelsia does. So now it's up to Ryan to make a replacement nomination. He talks about how hard it is to put up one of his bros...namely...James.

"That's gangsta," Matt whispers to Natalie. Chelsia adjourns the meeting, but then Matt takes it over. "Sorry it didn't work out for you, man," he says to Josh, patting Josh's face in that affectionate-yet-completely-aggressive way some guys have. And then he goes to James, complaining about "everyone laughing behind my back." He rants and stomps out into the yard, literally thumping his chest and boasting, "It's on!" Ryan DRs that he's nobody's bitch. But Joshuah assures us that he'll win in the long run. James ruefully giggles to the DR that he got played, and Sheila gives herself credit for being "the mastermind" as far as keeping Matt in the house, and better yet, depriving Chelsia of her "little buddy." Dude, that chick is nuts. There used to be a picture of Sheila to the phrase "loose cannon" in the dictionary, but then she went off and blew the dictionary up.
