Hey, did you know that in California they have drive-in DNA labs? It's true. Kiefer drops off the sniper's thumb there and while waiting for the results, he confronts Nina on being the mole, which Nina denies. But she has a good alibi -- her computer put the information on the key card during a weekend she spent with Kiefer. This leaves Soul Patch looking suspicious because he often uses Nina's computer when she's not at her desk. But as everyone on the forums agrees, Soul Patch has got to be a good guy, because his behavior is so stereotypically cagey that there's gotta be a plot twist ahead. Otherwise, Spawn of Kiefer and her friend, Poor Man's Mena Suvari, manage to escape from the Evil Frat Boys temporarily. They almost lose them in what seems to be the Buffy set, but despite the best intentions of a homeless male prostitute, Spawn gets recaptured and PMMS gets hit by a car. They do manage to call Bride of Kiefer, who does absolutely nothing this episode except wait by the phone with Mr. York. Oh, and Palmer's son is a murder suspect, so Palmer calls on an Anthony Pelicano-type figure to keep the story out of the papers until the primary is over.
