But everyone has to pretend to be happy for Jane as they return to camp. Jane, of course, is thrilled and still doesn't see how coming across as such a threat makes her that much more important for the others to vote out as soon as possible. Jane credits her victory to all the big dogs' toenails she's cut as part of her job and the finger and grip strength that gave her. She adds that Brenda is probably going home tonight unless she can get her hands on an idol.
Chase talks to Sash and says they're all "good" right now. Sash nods and asks who they're targeting "first," because he still seems to think he has some power in this game. Chase and Sash agree on Ben and Chase interviews once again that he wants Ben out because he wants to play this game with people he trusts (which is impossible, moron) and he doesn't trust Ben.
NaOnka talks to Sash about Chase. They agree that he's annoying and paranoid and it's driving them all crazy. In fact, NaOnka says, Chase pissed her off so much yesterday that she reached "highest point of pisstivity." Damn, when NaOnka says stuff like that and plays the way she's been playing lately, I really wish she hadn't been so horrid in the beginning that it's now impossible for me to like her. Because I probably would. A lot. Also, she tells Sash about the plot to get rid of Brenda. She proposes it as a way for them both to make a "huge power move" and Sash agrees that it would be without letting on that the thought of voting out his closest ally terrifies him. Instead, he runs to an interview and says that the tide is obviously turning and he's starting to worry for the first time in this game.
Chase pulls Jud aside to clue him in, apparently not knowing that Jud has plenty of clues already. Jud plays stupid, as usual, but Chase doesn't get a chance to say anything before Holly is running up to them to make sure Chase doesn't turn her new allies against her. "Whatdoyouthinkaboutthewholething," she asks Jud, her eyes bugging out. Jud doesn't commit to anything, and Holly says Brenda has been the ringleader this whole time and needs to go ASAP. Chase interviews once again that he's playing this game with heart and not his head, now adding that tonight he might have to vote for Brenda and that would leave him with a bunch of contestants he doesn't trust. "That's a scary thought," he says. Really? Then don't go on this show.
Brenda talks to Chase again, and he says a lot of people want to vote her out and he doesn't know if they can get the numbers to save her. Not like Brenda is even trying to save herself. She has Chase running around annoying everyone and trying to do it for her. And doing a poor job of it, so she probably should have done it herself. Chase shocks Brenda by telling her that NaOnka is against her, too. Brenda can't believe it, but Chase says that it was NaOnka's flip that got the numbers against Brenda in the first place. Brenda sighs. She interviews that she's "pretty annoyed" about this but is not going to start scrambling and show the others that she's desperate. She thinks that by showing confidence, her "friends" will choose to stick with her. And they will, except there aren't enough of them anymore since the majority is sitting around the burnt out remains of the camp with Holly muttering about how they don't like seeing Chase talk to Brenda and, as Holly says, Chase "needs to learn to shut the hell up."
