We're still exacting revenge on people directly involved in the trial of Emanda's father, it seems. It just so happens the district attorney who prosecuted David Clarke's case is now a local senator still very much connected to the Graysons. Senator Tom Kingsly is planning his announcement speech of candidacy for re-election at a big party thrown at Grayson Manor as Emanda works in the background with Nolan to bring Kingsly down. Nolan hacks Kingsly's tablet so Emanda can directly contact the young senator to show him incriminating videos she has of him cheating on his wife. The whole thing comes to a head at the candidacy speech when Kingsly's mistress shows up and his speech is remotely replaced by Emanda with an announcement of him dropping out of the election.
The mistress had been receiving texts and emails from someone posing as Kingsly, with an invitation for their romance to continue and promises of him leaving his wife. Ultimately, the person sending the texts invited the mistress, who is now with child (!), to the speech. That may not have been part of Emanda's plan. Investigation by Frank reveals the messages were sent from Conrad's laptop, meaning it was probably Victoria lashing out at the man who convicted her not-so-secret lover David. She very clearly holds a grudge against Kingsly and her loyalty to Conrad is waning after his affair with her best friend. Meanwhile, she tries to catch Emanda in a lie by seating her to Lydia's husband at the party because she believes the two of them had an affair, but it turns out Michael is with a new woman who he was introduced to by Emanda. Curses!
Things between Daniel and our anti-hero progress slightly. Emanda intentionally arranges a dinner date at a restaurant where the brother of the ex-girlfriend Daniel injured in his drunk driving accident works. Things get ugly since it's the first time they've been face-to-face since the accident. To his credit, Daniel handles the whole thing quite gracefully and shows that he might just have some tact hidden in that Grayson when he takes Emanda's advice to go against his mother's ban on talking to the ex-girlfriend to go apologize for how things went down.
In Poor Porter Land, Jack is just trying to hold it together after his father, in fact, died (no case of angina there) and continues to have random, awkward encounters with Emanda that go nowhere. Dec is unwavering in how poorly he regarded his father and is grieving so little that he continues to actively pursue Charlotte instead. He allies with Nolan who, utterly pleased to have someone paying attention to him, suggests Dec could get back at Distrust Fund Adam for beating him up by hacking the guy's webcam and recording incriminating videos of him. Dec agrees to the spying part, but when he catches Adam sexing a girl who is definitely not Charlotte on video, he opts to not send her the evidence and instead chooses to just charm her with a cheesy video of him in front of the sunset saying he wishes she was there with him. It's the type of thing that the cynical side of me says would never work in the Hamptons and the sucker for romance side of me says, "Awww!" Plus, the whole integrity thing. Kudos there, Declan.

Want more? The full recap starts right below! It's nighttime in Casa Emily. Just like you'd expect Emanda to be doing every night of her lonely life, she's sitting with the infinity x infinity box going through its contents. She's looking at photos when suddenly the spotlight of an FBI raid blasts her house. Queen Victoria saunters in behind the FBI agents in a little black dress and goes straight up to Emanda. "Amanda Clarke, how long did you really think you could fool me? You must be as stupid as your father." The FBI agents move in on Emanda, and... cut to Emanda sitting up from the couch startled. This was just a nightmare -- a paranoid one, at that. Interesting. She must take the dream as a premonition because she hides the infinity x infinity box and pulls out a gun from her desk. She creeps to her front door and aims the pistol at the window. Instead of Victoria or FBI agents, she's startled by Sammy the dog. Oddly enough, there's no Jack in tow.
It's morning now and Emanda runs out onto her porch with Sammy to play. Victoria is up on her balcony perch watching. She pulls out her phone and places a call to a friend who was on the Landmark Preservation Committee with Emanda and Lydia Davis' husband, Michael. The friend is in Italy so Victoria doesn't get the chance to pry for information before the friend has to go. Instead, she sits down to her breakfast and finds a jewelry box on her tray with a note from Conrad. She opens it to find a diamond necklace. She frowns. Diamonds are for-anger.
Poor Porter Bar. Jack made breakfast for Dec, but he's not hungry. Jack tries to console Dec since their father just died and left them the bar in his will, but Dec is just selfishly wallowing in the fact the last thing he said to a dead man was that the guy was a loser... and he totally meant it. Dec wants no part in the scattering of his father's ashes and runs away from Jack to go listen to some Death Cab For Cutie or something. Emanda shows up with Sammy to return him to Jack, who didn't even notice his dog was missing. He explains to Emanda he's been preoccupied with the death of his father. She's genuinely empathetic and relates the loss of her own father as she notices the bar counter is covered with photos of Jack with his dad. Jack offers to make Emanda breakfast, but this is not part of her vast revenge plot, so she declines. She just tells Jack to take care of himself and leaves.
Fruit Bats' "You're Too Weird" plays in Charlotte Grayson's bedroom as she lounges on her bed, fiddling with her phone. Our good friend Distrust Fund Adam suddenly enters her room from her frickin' French Door balcony (I hate rich people so much). Adam is trying to prove he'd risk his neck by climbing up to Charlotte's bedroom just to show her he's into her and to remind her she should still be into him. Such douchey suffocation. There's a knock at the door by Victoria. Charlotte shoves Adam off the bed, completely upping the ante on the cutesy teenager thing happening here. Queen Victoria enters the room on official mom business, but before she leaves she tells Charlotte to tell Adam the drain pipe he scurried up to get to the bedroom is in full view of their conservatory (again, I hate rich people so much). Victoria wishes Adam a good morning without seeing him and exits the room. Adam and Char giggle.
Downstairs, Ashley and Victoria are planning an "upscale barbecue" for a Senator Tom Kingsly with his wife and his main advisor. Just as they're wrapping things up, Tom enters with Conrad and Daniel from a day of golfing. The senator makes mention of a candidacy speech, which leads us to believe he will be announcing his campaign for re-election at this event at Grayson Manor. Kingsly is ready to leave, but Conrad insists he should stay overnight instead of heading back to his hotel. Victoria doesn't seem too pleased about the imposition, but no time to dwell on that because Emanda shows up, running late and apologizing for missing the chance to help with the planning. We're treated to another instance of Victoria being flabbergasted at finding out someone she knows is an old acquaintance of Emanda's. Tom explains Ms. Thorne was a senior volunteer in his first campaign as she eyes his generic iPad. FLASHBACK: Emanda angrily watches a news clip explaining Tom Kingsly was the hotshot prosecutor in David Clarke's trial. /FLASHBACK. Kingsly is so excited to see Emanda that he invites her to stay for dinner at Grayson Manor. Victoria insists a girl like Emanda must have plans, and is relieved to be bailed out by Daniel, who says they indeed have plans together.
Back at Casa Emily, Emanda sits with her laptop and watches the newsreel about Kinglsy's involvement in the trial. He was a popular, young district attorney back then and the media was already speculating about his bright future in politics. Emanda pauses the video to pick up her phone and call Nolan. He's all hammy and greets here with, "Well, well, well. If it isn't the Thorne in everyone's side. To what do I owe the pleasure?" Emanda just doesn't know how to have fun with her minions. She very pointedly demands to know if Nolan could hack a tablet to run a PowerPoint presentation remotely. He says he can easily do it if he she'll tell him why, but Emanda has no patience for any of this. Nolan relents because he's surely just happy to hear another human voice and will do anything to make sure he doesn't end up old and alone. He says he'll need the IP address of the tablet, and Emanda informs him it's already in his inbox before rudely hanging up. She presses play on her trial video. The clip is now a press conference for Kingsly after the conviction of her father. He talks tough about upholding justice against a horrible man like David Clarke, and insists he will be prepared to answer the country's call for duty whenever and however he may be needed.
Swooping in for the kill 3-D Revenge title card and commercials.
Grayson Manor. Conrad finds Victoria applying make-up at her bedroom vanity (which isn't even located in her bedroom) and asks if she likes her new necklace. Of course she does, but she's still angrier than she was before she received it because she now has a house full of unwanted guests. Conrad thinks it's because she doesn't like Tom's politics, but it's because she simply doesn't like Tom. Conrad reminds her that Kingsly has done more for them than they could ever repay as he snuggles up to her from behind. They look at themselves in the mirror as Conrad dangles the idea of them taking a romantic trip to Paris together so he can make things right. Victoria thinks that if he wanted to make things right he wouldn't have slept with her best friend. Her logic is sound.
Casa Emily. Emanda is watching and recording surveillance video of Kingsly entering a building on her laptop. Her upload of the video file to a remote server finishes when there's a knock at the door. She turns to see Daniel through the window on the terrace and quickly shuts her laptop before letting him in. She goes to grab her things from the bedroom and Daniel notices her gun in a half open drawer. He pulls it out and is still examining it when Emanda emerges from the bedroom. Daniel: "Aren't you full of surprises?" A tiny bit of relief washes over Emanda's face when she realizes Daniel isn't reading anything into this. She replies, "What can I say? I live alone." She snatches the gun from him, replaces it in the drawer and they're off to dinner.
Jack is holding a wake at the bar he now owns for the regular patrons. He makes a toast about his father's with to not have a funeral, but he never said anything about a wake. Dec isn't into this at all. Nolan catches the tail end of the toast and awkwardly chimes in that he'll be buying everyone the round in honor of Carl. Jack's not swayed by the gesture and continues to put up a strong front in the face of Nolan's totally hetero advances. He's also unfazed by Nolan's order of a "Malibu Bay Breeze" and pours him a whiskey instead so he doesn't stick out like a sore thumb in the fishermen's bar. Is Jack Nolan's straight eye for the queer guy!? Before Nolan can even start gingerly sipping his whiskey, he spots Dec's beat-up face and asks what happened. Declan is less than polite with his answer and seems to lump Nolan into the group of "rich assholes who are likely to beat him up just because they're rich and can have anything they want." Nolan suggests Dec could get back at the guy who did it to him in a way other than likely-to-fail physical retaliation. Dec is intrigued.
Dinner at Grayson Manor. The Graysons and Kingslys make small political talk. Tom's tablet goes off with an email notification he thinks is from a fellow politician, but it ends up being a pop-up message instructing him to check the message in private. He immediately excuses himself from the table and asks his advisor, Steve, to accompany him out of the room. He opens the email and it's the surveillance video Emanda recorded. He orders Steve to leave and find out who sent it as Conrad comes into the room to find out what spooked Tom. Politics spooked Tom, Conrad. Politics.
Emanda and Daniel arrive at a steakhouse of Emanda's choosing for their date. They're shown to their table where Emanda discretely grabs her steak knife and excuses herself. She walks up to a waiter on her way toward the bar, tells him she didn't have a steak knife at her table and points in the direction of where Daniel is seated. The waiter goes to the table and immediately recognizes Daniel. The two stare at each other in shock. We watch the waiter's hand holding the knife tense up like he might possibly stab Daniel, who can only stammer that he didn't plan this and didn't know the waiter (named Patrick) would be there. Cut to Patrick out in the parking lot smashing Daniel's windshield with a golf club right as Daniel and Emanda are leaving. Daniel runs out to Patrick to try and diffuse the situation. He tries to apologize for something that happened between them and Patrick's response reveals he was the brother of Daniel's ex-girlfriend, who was injured in the drunk driving accident. Patrick says if Daniel was really sorry, he would've apologized to his sister. Emanda had been standing back watching this all intently. When Patrick walks off and leaves Daniel standing by himself, he turns back to look at Emanda in embarrassment and her face washes over instantly with sympathetic curiosity.
Back in the Boys' Club at Grayson Manor, Conrad doesn't see the big deal about the video of Kingsly, which only shows him entering some non-descript building. Tom sighs with guilt. Another message arrives. This one has a video of Kingsly entering a bedroom with a woman in her underwear who is decidedly not his wife. Conrad gets it now. Politics! Victoria barges into the study to ask what the problem is that is interrupting her dinner. The men all lie and say it's just a small issue. Victoria, probably sensing the cover-up, stares back at Tom. FLASHBACK: Victoria is telling Kingsly that David is innocent and she can prove it. Tom is trying to reason with her that the jury is already in deliberations and Victoria has committed perjury if she is now telling the truth. Conrad enters the room behind Victoria and interrupts to say Kingsley should press on with the case because he has a victory in the bag and Victoria is just crazy in love with David. This legal victory and Conrad's support will cement Tom's political career path. Siding with Victoria would throw all of that away for Tom, Conrad says as he turns to stare down Victoria. /FLASHBACK. Victoria is giving Conrad a dirty look out of the corner of her eye. She asks Tom again, "What's the crisis?" and Steve pipes up to say it's nothing important. Frank enters the room, which means shit just got real. The four men all stare back at Victoria with stone faces. Tom tells Victoria she should finish up dinner with his wife alone. Conrad turns to Kingsly to tell him not to worry because they'll take care of this. Victoria curtly: "Don't you always?"

Dusk at Casa Emily. Emanda brings Daniel some coffee and plops down beside him on the couch. Daniel begins apologizing for the scene she had to witness today, but he admits at the same time he is glad he can inform her of what she's getting into. He explains that the guy was Patrick Munello, brother of Sara Munello who Daniel dated last summer. It turns out Sara was not killed in the drunk driving accident, but had her spine broken. She wasn't paralyzed, but she's still involved in some serious rehab. Daniel also reveals he feels like the accident happened as a reaction to his mother publicly criticizing Sara at a party they attended because she was a cocktail waitress. His parents paid Sara's medical bills and Frank made sure Daniel didn't do any jail time. In return, Daniel had to promise never to speak to Sara again. He asks Emanda if she thinks he's a bad person. She thinks he should own up to the mistake and talk to Sara.
Boys' Club. Frank asks Kingsly when the affair ended. Tom says it was in February and ended on good terms. Conrad's appeased. He figures that if the media catches wind of the scandal, they can just both deny it. Frank stares at Tom and just knows he's not telling the whole story. Tom admits that before the affair ended, the woman got pregnant and he gave her money to have an abortion. Steve chimes in to remind everyone in the room that's against Tom's stance on the issue of abortion, and Tom reminds everyone his wife would be devastated. Then it's settled. This cannot leave this room.
Poor Porter Bar. Nolan is totally drunk and trying to sell a bait and tackle guy on making a website so he can join the 21st century. Jack cuts him off and is about to call him a cab when Dec offers to drive Nolan home instead, which prompts a huge smile on Nolan's face and a very happy, "Thanks, friend!" They arrive at Nolan's home and Nolan offers to pay Dec for his kindness, but he doesn't want Nolan's money. He's more interested in finding out more about what Nolan alluded to earlier about methods of revenge. Nolan takes a seat at his laptop and asks for the name of the guy who beat Dec up. Dec only knows Adam's first name, but that and the fact he's connected to Charlotte is enough for Nolan to track him down in a Hamptons database. A few keystrokes later and Nolan has hacked into a live feed from Adam's webcam in his bedroom. Nolan suggests to Dec that he can now record Adam's most intimate moments and do with them what he will. Almost on cue, Charlotte appears on the screen, leading Adam toward his bed. Nolan is totally ready to watch some naked Charlotte, but Dec steps in and closes the laptop, insisting she had no responsibility in what happened to him. Nolan looks so sad that there will be no naked Charlotte. Dec asks if he can borrow Nolan's laptop, and Nolan casually hands it over and tells him to keep it.
Late night at Casa Emily. Emanda's reading David's journal. David voice-over: "The night after Kingsly presented his closing arguments, Victoria managed to get a note to me." Emanda opens the note. FLASHBACK: David reads the note in his prison cell. Victoria says in the note she will be going to see Kingsly the morning to tell him of evidence that proves David's innocence and she expects the judge will declare a mistrial. /FLASHBACK. Emanda continues to read David's journal entry. He wrote whatever Victoria said didn't change Kingsly's mind and he was convicted the very day on all charges. David thought with the Graysons as friends Kingsley could possibly become president some day. Emanda goes back to intently watching spy video of Tom with his mistress.

Grayson Manor. It's the day of the big political barbecue thing. Ashley's hard at work making sure everything's ready. Victoria pops in to check on Ashley and takes the opportunity to change the seating arrangement so Michael Davis will be seated to Emanda. Inside, the doorbell rings and Ashley runs to answer it because she's expecting an A/V guy for the party. Instead, it's some trying-too-hard college guy in a suit and sunglasses named Tyler Barrol -- Daniel's roommate at Harvard. In the span of a minute, he pays cheesy compliments to both Ashley and Victoria. Ashley flashes a few cutesy smiles, but she emphatically deflects Tyler's advances. He asks for Ashley's name and she instead directs him to the pool house where he'll be temporarily staying. "It's by the pool," she teases.
Poor Porter Bar. Jack is closing up the bar early to go pick up Carl's ashes. He tries one last time to talk Dec into coming along since missing out on his father's burial is something he might regret. Jack reminds Dec of how hard their father worked for them, but it doesn't get through Dec's thick, teenage head. Dec: "Just because he's dead doesn't make you my father." He walks off, probably to go listen to Fall Out Boy this time.
Frank is waiting downstairs at Grayson Manor for Victoria. He informs her that Daniel went to go visit Sara at the rehab center today, and even more strangely, Emanda was the one who drove him there. This brings out Victoria's conspiracy suspicions about Ms. Emily Thorne. She lets Frank in on her theory that Emanda is the reason Michael left Lydia, and of her intent to prove it tonight at the party. Victoria: "Clearly, someone has to step in before my son makes another mistake." Mom?
Meanwhile, Emanda is getting ready for the party at home and places a phone call to Nolan. She wants to know if the tablet hijacking is complete. Nolan is just finishing his upload of the program to Kingsly's tablet. When Tom opens up his speech, the program should launch. Emanda threatens Nolan that he better be sure this is going to work. Yeah! You'll have to find someone else's intricate revenge plot on which to eerily fixate!
Tyler and Daniel are getting dressed for the evening in Daniel's bedroom. Tyler is back stateside from Italy where he was supposed to be spending the summer. His parents want him to improve his resume, so now he's back in the Hamptons in search of an internship. He asks Daniel if it will be OK with his parents if he crashes at Grayson Manor temporarily. Victoria catches the question as she enters the room and answer in the affirmative. She asks for a word in private with Daniel, so Tyler runs off to go hound Ashley. Queen Victoria is Mom Victoria here. She tells Daniel she knows he went to go see Sara today. Instead of denying it, Daniel asks his mother how she could know that. When Victoria reminds him of their agreement, Daniel gracefully asserts he just wanted to apologize and if it makes her feel any better, Sara wasn't forgiving. Then, Victoria gets a little Mommy Dearest on the topic of Daniel moving on with this enigmatic Emily Thorne. She fixes her son's collar as she reminds him in a motherly tone how bad a judge of women he has been. Daniel calls her out for her tendency to never be satisfied and for her own bad relationship. Victoria can only reply that this is all for his own protection.

It's party time at the Grayson Courtyard! Ashleys everywhere are squeeing. Our Ashley briskly walks through the courtyard, keeping everything in order. The Graysons including Charlotte are standing with Tyler. Emanda enters and is briefly introduced to Tyler , who conspicuously looks her up and down (what a letch!). She compliments Charlotte's dress, and Charlotte responds with, "It's total Kate Middleton!" annoyed and walks off with her face buried in her phone as her mother obliviously questions, "Oh, what could be wrong with that?" Snerk. Emanda walks off and finds Nolan. They have their standard conversation of Emanda asking him what he's doing there, exasperated. You're going to ruin the whole revenge! Nolan leaves when Ashley interrupts and she asks Emanda's opinion of Tyler. Ashley's crush on Tyler is so transparent Emanda has already taken notice and she couldn't have possibly even seen the two of them together yet. Daniel and Tyler walk up to the ladies and Daniel asks Emanda if they can take a private walk. In their wake, Tyler tries wooing Ashley some more and she just walks off, hiding a big smile on her face. If a girl ever did that to me, I would go home and cry myself to sleep.
Charlotte stands by herself at the party and pulls out her phone to call Adam who's lounging on his bed. She's irritated he's not there as her date. Adam claims he's not into politics, but Charlotte insists that attending a function like this is the type of sacrifice someone makes when they're trying to win someone back. He just asks her to call him back when it's over. He hangs up and a shirtless blonde pounces on him and they start making out. We cut to Poor Porter Bar where Dec is sitting by himself at the counter, wallowing in nothingness. The laptop Nolan gifted him is sitting open on one of the tables in the bar. Dec hears the sounds of a girl giggling coming from the laptop and is surprised to see half-naked Adam rolling around with another girl. Dec begins recording the video stream, but he doesn't look too happy about what he's doing.
Daniel takes Emanda aside into the pool house to ask if she told anyone about Sara. She didn't, so that means Victoria is having someone follow him. Emanda apologizes if she overstepped some boundaries by suggesting he should go see Sara, but Daniel stops her apology. He realizes he needs to stand up to his parents in cases like this. Daniel says no matter what happens and how long they last, he'll always be honest with her. Emanda's reaction here is hard to read. She gets teary-eyed and kisses Daniel. Certainly, she would know the proper reaction to Daniel's promise in this situation would be to kiss him, but Daniel has been such a stand-up guy so far and shown enough of a moral center that deviates from his parents that it's possible Emanda's reaction could also be showing pre-emptive remorse over her ultimate plan for him. Read: murder.
Outside, Victoria is directing traffic to the seating arrangements in the courtyard. Michael Davis arrives and gets a warm welcome from Victoria. He's surprised because he expected all of the bad blood with Lydia might have put the Graysons off to him. It's all water under the bridge, Victoria says. She takes Michael by the arm and leads him over to his table so she can introduce him to Emanda. Michael doesn't recognize her at all, and Emanda at least feigns a matching lack of recognition. Who she does recognize is Michael's date who has just joined the group late after getting lost looking for the bathroom. Emanda and this girl recognize each other instantly because she was also on the Landmark Preservation Committee and Emanda introduced her to Michael back then. This girl is the young woman who came between Michael and Lydia -- not Emanda. Victoria has been foiled again.
Later, up at the podium Conrad is introducing Kingsly to the crowd. Tom gets up, takes Conrad's place at the podium and thanks the Graysons for hosting the event. He pulls out his tablet. There are two pop-up messages waiting for him. "Tonight's your big night," and, "Look for the red dress. Happy Father's Day!" He looks up from the tablet to see a hopeful, pregnant young woman enter the back of the courtyard. He looks back down to find a new pop-up message. "Your revised speech." Everyone, aside from Emanda and Nolan, is confused by Kingsly's prolonged silence. His advisor Steve looks around and spots the pregnant girl. He utters, "Oh my God," springs up and runs to personally escort her out of the courtyard. Senator Kingsly cautiously announces he will not run for re-election, is retiring from public life and will return all the contributions he received. Add Victoria's devilish smirk to Nolan and Emanda's.

The political men have reconvened in the Boys' Club. Conrad tells Tom the mistress is claiming she was invited by him. She had received text messages and emails from his personal accounts for the last month, claiming he still loved her and would leave his wife. She had also been receiving money to support her unborn child. Kingsly denies having done any of that. Frank suggests Steve could have done it out of jealousy since he certainly had access to Tom's personal correspondence. Steve denies vehemently. Mrs. Kingsly enters and demands to know what's going on.
Ashley and Emanda walk together through the courtyard after the party. Ashley thinks the whole thing was a disaster. They are met by Tyler who invites Ashley for a drink. She takes a rain check because she needs to clean up and walks off with a smile on her face yet again. Tyler turns his attention to Daniel, who reminds Tyler he doesn't drink anymore so he'll have to be Tyler's designated driver for the summer. Tyler suggests they start now. Emanda flakes on the invite and instead goes inside to talk with Victoria. She find her and claims to be stunned by Kingsly's announcement. They exchange platitudes about never really knowing someone and say good night to each other. Emanda suddenly stops walking away to turn back to Victoria. Emanda: "Actually, would you mind terribly if I started calling you 'Victoria?'" Victoria smiles: "Of course." Emanda: "Then good night, Victoria."
Nolan is waiting for Emanda on her front porch when she gets home. He asks how she got her hands on a sex tape of Kingsly. She tells Nolan she had bought the building Tom's mistress lived in and installed surveillance cameras as part of renovations. Diabolical. Nolan is practically convulsing with admiration of Emanda's commitment to ruining someone. He asks what she plans . Emanda will be releasing the videos of Kingsly to the press because she's not satisfied with just ruining his career, she wants to ruin his life since he made the choice to not save her father. Nolan: "You scare me." Emanda: "Good."
Charlotte hops into bed and shoots off a text to Adam, asking where the hell he is. She opens up her laptop to find an email from Dec. There's a video attachment. Instead of a video of Adam banging some blonde chick, Declan opted to send Charlotte a video of today's sunset. He says in the video the only thing missing is her and he invites her to call him sometime. Charlotte can't hold back a smile. Yay for integrity!
At Amanda the Boat late at night, Emanda finds Jack getting ready to set sail to spread his father's ashes in the ocean. Emanda has Sammy, who had run off again to find his former owner, so she's returning him to Jack. She tells Jack she thinks maybe Sammy is bringing her to him because he's worried about him. She reminds Jack he's not entirely alone despite Dec not wanting to be there. Emanda starts to walk away, but sees the "Amanda" on the boat and her eyes get a bit teary. She asks Jack about it. He jokes that Sammy named the boat. Emanda half winces, half smiles and stands aside, watching Jack leave the dock in Amanda the Boat. Emanda voice-over: "For the innocent, the past might hold a reward. But for the treacherous it's only a matter of time before the past delivers what they truly deserve."
Frank enters Conrad's study to tell him the Kingslys have decided to avoid the public spotlight for a while. Frank tracked the IP address of the messages sent to Tom's mistress. They came from Conrad's laptop. Conrad certainly didn't send them. Frank carefully suggests it had to be "someone with real motive and access." Conrad's eyes search for answers he doesn't want to admit to himself. Cut to Victoria sitting at her vanity removing the necklace Conrad recently gifted her. She's holding back tears. FLASHBACK: David and Victoria hold each other in bed, hands entwined. David pulls out a small jewelry box from the nightstand with a set of earrings for Victoria. Her reaction is the complete opposite of her reaction to Conrad's necklace, which is to say: delighted like a schoolgirl. David asks her to promise that when she wears them she'll think of him. She says, "Always." /FLASHBACK. Victoria's eyes are full of tears. She tosses Conrad's necklace into her jewelry box and thoughtfully touches David's earrings, which she's been wearing all evening.
