Previously on The Real World: Puck met a girl named Toni in a park. She's "rad." They're getting married. Pedro has a friend named Alex who is like a best friend. Alex lives in Miami, and doesn't think it's fair that Pedro's going to stay in San Francisco for Sean.
San Francisco. Gay Pride Parade. Pedro, Sean, Cory, Judd, and Pam are collecting money at the parade. They stand with large buckets in the street, asking for change. Sean and Pedro kiss as Pedro tells us that they want to exchange wedding bands. They decide to throw a party for the occasion. Pedro asks the girls whether he may have the party in the house. Pam says they should throw a bridal shower for Pedro. Everyone laughs, and Pedro tries to decline the party. Where's Rachel? Pedro's friend Alex is going to be in town soon, and Pedro wants to throw the party then. Sean explains that this party has suddenly become much larger than they originally intended.
Rachel tells Pedro that she approves of the party. Pedro laughs and says, "Well, good, because we're gonna do it anyway." She says she wants to be the Best Woman.
Pedro and Sean go to the airport to pick up Pedro's friend Alex. It's a quiet drive. Sean and Pedro are bickering because Alex doesn't like Sean for taking Pedro away. Judd tells us that Alex came out to make sure that Pedro was making the right decision by staying in San Francisco.
Café. Alex asks whether Sean is shy. Pedro says that he is. Pedro says he feels like he's stuck between two important things: Sean and his family. Alex asks whether Pedro could be happy in San Francisco. Pedro says he could. Alex says he thinks Sean should move if he's really in love. Pedro says he agrees that you should move for love, and that's why he's thinking of moving to San Francisco.
The phone rings. "It's the Puck," we hear. It's the same sound clip they used when Puck called Cory. This time, Pam answers the phone and instantly starts rubbing her head. She says she hadn't talked to him since the night they threw him out. Puck tells Pam that he's disappointed in her. She says she's disappointed in him as well. She tells us that they have nothing in common. Pam tells Puck she doesn't want to talk about it anymore, so Puck invites her to the soapbox derby on May 15th. Pam says she might have to work. She tells us she doesn't know why she'd go. Puck tells her it's fifteen guaranteed hours of fun. Why is Puck back? Why?
Puck tells us he was an outcast in that house because he wouldn't conform. We watch him build his soapbox. He says he's dedicating the name of the car to the roommates. "Snot Rocket," he's calling it. I'm trying to keep our Puck moments brief here because they're unnecessary.
Back at the house, everyone's discussing the soapbox derby. Pam says she'd consider going if she had a friend who was taking part in the derby, but in "no way, shape, or form," would she consider Puck a friend. Pedro shakes his head. Cory says that a small piece of her thinks she has to go. Jo says that she doesn't understand why Cory would want to go. Cory says she'll never forget Puck. Cory struggles with her insecurities and her total disregard for her own wants and needs as we fade to commercial. What was the screening process for this season? Was it eight people that personify every single human trait that drives me up a fucking wall?
Oh, this season. Neverending. My patience. Gone. I'm officially pissed off at these people. Alcatraz. Pedro takes pictures of Alex. Pedro says he waited to do all of the touristy things until Alex got there. He says he had a good time, as we see a montage of sightseeing. Rachel finally weighs in and tells us that she likes Alex. Thanks, Rachel.
Pedro tells us that Alex kept trying to talk Sean into visiting Miami, and that every time Sean said something he liked about San Francisco, Alex would say that they have it in Miami as well, or how cool Miami is. Pedro explains to Sean that Alex wants them to move to Miami. Sean gives Alex evil eyes as Pedro kisses Sean on the neck. There's a table full of tension as Alex and Sean snap back and forth at each other over how much they love Pedro.
Sean and Pedro are in bed working on a guest list for the party. Pedro says it was frustrating once they got past the immediate friends and family. We don't see that, because Sean and Pedro look very happy talking in bed together. Sean says he'll bake a cake. Pedro says most of his insecurities came out at this point. We don't see that, either. Sean says that Pedro is so willing to trust people, and that it's refreshing. He says that Pedro's getting sick has made him know that he has to be there for him now. He knows that one of them might get sick at any point, but knowing that makes it easier for them to get along. There's an expiration date.
Puck and his girlfriend drink beer. Great use of thirty seconds of my life. Puck says they're perfect for each other. Toni picks out rings she wants. Puck argues. Puck spills a drink all over his lap at a restaurant. Toni tells us that they're in love.

Alex and Pedro get pizza to have a conversation. Pedro tells Alex that it's best for him and Sean if they stay in San Francisco. Alex says that Pedro is sacrificing "a lot." Pedro says he can't ask Sean to move to Miami because he wouldn't be happy there. Alex admits that some part of him isn't accepting this. He says he never thought it would happen. Pedro's sure that he wants to stay with Sean, and he wants to do it in San Francisco. He wants to take the risk because he has a shot at being very happy with Sean and have the life he's always wanted.
Sean and Pedro pick out wedding bands. Pedro says they have different personalities when it comes to planning things. Pedro likes to organize everything and worry about every detail. Sean is laidback. Alex approves of the wedding-band choice.
Party-planning montage. Sean cooks. Cory buys. Pam prepares strawberries. Rachel watches Sean clean. Puck calls to leave a message, telling everyone to come to the soapbox derby. Rachel pouts because he didn't mention her by name.
Puck pulls out his soapbox car. Toni says that if he looked at her the way he looks at his car, "[she could] ask for nothing more." Puck puts on his protective gear, and says he's not going to lose a nipple this time. Everyone sets up their cars. Puck's grandfather looks approvingly over the Jell-O shots that Toni made for everyone. Toni tells us that she's going to marry Puck after they aren't so busy. Puck says he's nervous about getting married because he's never going to get divorced.
The race starts. The boys push each other in their cars. Toni actually voice-overs, "I think soapbox to Puck is a way for him to express his freedom." This is remarkably boring. People crash their cars, skid, and fall. Puck flips over. He hugs Toni and says he loves having her as a base after all of the crazy stuff in his life. She still loves him.
Mohammed gets unlocked from his closet for the party. Judd's complaining because he has to give a speech. He says he wasn't prepared to be the "Father of the Bride." He says he doesn't want to screw it up. Pam welcomes the large group of people who have come to the party. She says they're going to have a few words and then the exchange of rings. Judd says that he had the privilege of watching Sean's and Pedro's relationship blossom. He says that it's a wonderful day.
Alex speaks first. He speaks in Spanish, and everyone cheers so that he'll stop talking in Spanish. He stops and says that Pedro called him a few months ago to announce his engagement. Alex says he thought Sean and Pedro would be coming to Miami, but they're not. Pedro says he wanted to hug Alex at that moment and tell him that he loves him. Pedro wants Alex to know that their relationship won't change. Alex admits that he came to San Francisco hoping he wouldn't like Sean. That didn't happen. He's losing a roommate, but he's gaining a beautiful apartment, and he wishes Sean and Pedro the best. "Take good care of him," Alex tells Sean.

Sean's friend says that Sean's and Pedro's love reminds them that life is about now and love is about being there for another. He says they are brave. He says their promise stands for hope. "To the adorable couple." Take that, Alex.
Judd says he's never encountered this before, but it felt right and should be a normal occurrence. Pedro admits that he thought that Sean was cute and stupid when they first met, but that once they had their first date, he knew that wasn't true. He says he felt like it was just the two of them, and he knew he was going to fall in love. He says that Sean makes life easy for him, and makes it easier to face his own fears. "I love you," he says. They kiss. Sean says that he feels closer to Pedro than he has to anyone else in his life, and he doesn't want Pedro to go away. They kiss, exchange rings, and everyone celebrates as the music swells. Mohammed and Stephanie are there. Rachel smiles. Cory takes pictures. The commercials begin.
time, everyone moves out. Really? For real, they move out? Huzzah! Pedro and Rachel argue. Mohammed feels disconnected from the house. Jo and Puck have a verbal battle, whatever that means.
The celebrating continues through the credits, as Sean and Pedro feed each other cake. Cory takes more pictures and hugs Sean. Pedro tells Pam that he loves her. They kiss. Alex hugs Pedro. "Finally nailed him down," someone says, as the show ends. Wow. That's it? So soon? I guess when most of the episode is people giving toasts and other people racing soapbox cars, you get a shorter recap. season: Toastmaster Roadmasters! I'm recapping that one for sure.
