Heidi calls up Helen, Karen, Alexander, Ken, Alexandria, and Kate. They're the top and bottom looks. When the others get into the back room, Jeremy is thrilled to be safe. Dom is a little vexed by the way she keeps being safe and not getting feedback. Bradon is glad to have avoided the steely gaze of Michael Kors.
Heidi brings out the models. She warns that the models were not unanimous. We start with Kate, who again claims that her pants are motocross-inspired. I can sort of see it, because there's some mesh on the inside of the legs. Heidi objects to a big zipper up the back. Now that I see it, I also object. Michael loves that the silhouette can change. Sure, but why is the zipper on the back? Zac praises how polished it looks.
Alexander reminds them that it's his first venture into athletic wear. He borrowed some lines from Heidi's collection, which is a good idea. Heidi makes him guess whether he's in the top or the bottom. It's the top. Zac likes the pant, but Nina hates it. Michael thinks it isn't memorable at all. He says it looks like something you'd see on sale in the activewear section of a department store, although he points out that at least it's in a store.
Ken starts a little awkward as he explains why he started over, but he hits his stride as he explains that he kept certain sections of his garment black to hide sweat stains, and that he made the top long to hide potential cameltoe. Heidi smiles at this. Then he shows the back, and instead of a racerback, it's got some kind of woven strappy thing going on. Heidi likes it now, although I do not. Nina does not like the proportion. She thinks the model looks like she's wearing either a Scuba suit or a girdle. That's weird; he started over because his last idea was too Scuba. Michael thinks it looks like Tina Turner's dress rode up a little. He puts it on the sale rack to Alexander's.
Alexandria claims that you can run in her ridiculous pants. And the vents in her shirt mimic the stripes in the logo of the product-placed shoes I chose not to mention. It's not Adidas. Zac doesn't think you can run in those silly pants, and Alexandria has her model stretch a little. He's not impressed with the fact that they are the same pants as Alexandria already showed. Nina says the pants are for relaxing, not moving. And the vents in the shirt look like she ran into a bar. Michael thinks it's a great look to keep guys from bothering you in the gym. The pants look like the model pooped, and the jacket's pockets require the model to look like she is pleasuring herself. Everyone's laughing, including the model, who has to turn away. Alexandria is not laughing. Heidi complains that her boys won't be able to watch this episode because of all the poop talk. She gave Alexandria a high mark, but she's the only one.
