Foreman and Martha arrive in Ferris's room to find him scarfing down the hospital food. He tells Martha that his weird sense of smell began a few months ago, and Foreman that he has no intention of telling them his real name. He also has no intention of paying for the services PPTH is providing him, but they're going to keep on providing them because they apparently want to run out of money. Foreman says they need his real name to get his medical records, not to try to get money out of him he clearly doesn't have, and Ferris says there's no need for that -- he's always been healthy and has no medical history. Foreman notices that Ferris doesn't have the body of someone who has always been healthy, what with all the scars and burns on his chest and back, but those have clearly been done by a person and not an illness. Martha makes a sad face to cue the Sad Piano as Ferris says his dad abused him. Martha is sorry. Ferris says he isn't sorry, because that's all in the past.

House Segways through a swinging door, nearly taking either a co-worker or a PPTH visitor out in the process. He comes to a stop at the feet of Cuddy, who says he's not allowed to ride a Segway in the hospital. House ignores her and hands her a pink envelope that contains an invitation to a "thing" he's having on Friday. With that, he smacks a handicap placard on the Segway and starts quoting New Jersey handicap ordinances, but there's no need for that, as Cuddy whips out a paper with all of them on it and says they allow for wheelchairs and scooters -- not Segways. House says his leg hurts a lot, but he'll get off the Segway and take it away if he must. He mustn't -- Cuddy says she'll make an "exception" to PPTH's no Segway rule because of his leg as long as he checks with her about stuff like this in the future. Yeah, I'm sure he will. Cuddy is an idiot.

Dominica is giving House a massage when Wilson walks in to interrupt. "Must be The Wilson!" Dominica says; "nice to be meeting you." House sends her away so he can speak to Wilson alone. She pats Wilson on the shoulder on her way out, and he giggles like a teenage boy. Get a grip, Wilson. He assumes that House is pretending to get married to upset Cuddy, but House says he isn't; he's actually planning on marrying Dominica. She needs a green card, and he needs a live-in maid, personal assistant, cook, masseuse, and whore. Dominica will do all of that for him four days a week, saving him about $33,000 a year, if his calculations are correct. And they must be, because he made a pie chart with them. If Dominica reneges on the deal, then House will be protected by an ironclad pre-nup. I wonder who drafted that? Maybe he asked Stacy Frozenface so he could upset two ex-girlfriends with one Russian stone.

Martha and Foreman return to Ferris's room to find him clean-shaven and looking much less homeless. And yes, much more like Adam from Joan of Arcadia, a show I never watched so I can't get all excited to see two of its former stars reunited here. But I'm sure it's awesome for those of you who did watch! Foreman and Martha whip out a bunch of vials and have Ferris sniff them and tell them what they smell like. Ferris doesn't like the first one, saying it smells like rotten meat. Foreman says it's baby powder. So he's a little off. Ferris finds the vial much nicer, saying it smells like peppermint. Foreman says it's "extremely bad body odor." Okay, who did they have to ask to donate that smell to the vial? Ferris says this isn't so bad for him, considering how many more bad smells he encounters in his particular lifestyle than good ones.

Taub and Chase suddenly appear with Ferris's bag of stuff they found while searching the park. Inside, they found a metal case full of syringes that they assume are for drugs. Ferris says they're actually "vitamin supplements" he was taking in the hopes of boosting his immune system. And he couldn't just grab a bottle of vitamins off a store shelf and make a run for it? Where would he even get injectable vitamins? Of course, no one believes him, but he's willing to submit to a drug test to prove it. Taub says they also found a bunch of books in Ferris's backpack, and all of them have the name "Danny Jennings" written inside. Danny decides he'd like to leave PPTH now, but doesn't even get out of bed before he's stricken with stomach pain and blood coming out of his ass. Ahhh, it's been a while since we've had a good ass bleed on this show, hasn't it?

The Cottages return to the meeting room, where Foreman takes Dominica up on her offer of a foot massage and Martha is very disapproving of the whole thing. Not so much that she won't discuss privileged patient information in front of Dominica, though, as she says the drug tests on Danny were clean, so he was telling the truth about shooting up with vitamins after all. Not so fast, House says, removing and eating the cucumber slices over his eyes; he had Danny's hair tested for drugs because he knew there was no way that Danny could be homeless, 23, and not mentally ill without being a drug addict. Sure enough, the hair showed heroin use in the last five months. Foreman thanks Dominica for the foot massage, smiling more at her than we've seen him smile in like three seasons. Dominica praises Foreman's "big, strong, sexy feet." Encouraged, Foreman suggests that Danny's nose issues could have come from snorting heroin. Chase adds that the bleeding could be unrelated to the heroin, perhaps a result of having too much Vitamin A in his system from those injections. House is usually reluctant to believe that two symptoms are unrelated, but points out that their patient doesn't exactly live the healthiest of lifestyles. He suggests treating Danny for a Vitamin A overdose and seeing if he improves. Martha thinks they should consider that he could have an obstruction in his gastro-intestinal tract, and House comments that women who need green cards are much more quiet and pleasant to be around before allowing her to X-ray Danny's abdomen and look for her precious obstruction.

House Segways into Cuddy's office to ask for a favor -- he wants to put Dominica on his health insurance a few days before they actually get married so she can get her tooth capped and look nice in the wedding photos. Yeah, because health insurance covers tooth capping. My dental insurance just laughs at me anytime I try to use it for necessary services, let alone vanity. But I'm sure House isn't doing this to get his intended a reduced rate on dental services; he's doing it to rub in his upcoming nuptials to Cuddy, who refuses to sign the papers because it would be fraudulent. House calls Dominica in in Russian, and she enters with a tin containing bribery pastries and a mangled attempt at expressing her love for America, the "home of the free and land of the Braves." Cuddy accepts, but warns House that if she signs the papers and House doesn't go through with the wedding, he'll be dropped from PPTH's employee insurance. House says that's fine, and Cuddy signs off. Dominica is thrilled. Dominica is kind of awesome. I would fully support her marriage to House if he wasn't such a horrible person.

While Chase and Martha prepare Danny for the X-ray, they inform him that they know he was a heroin user in the past. Danny admits that he was, but claims that he's been clean for months now since he clinically died after an overdose. He then went to rehab, which is apparently available to homeless people with no money, and was determined to get clean because he thought surviving the overdose meant God gave him a second chance and he wanted his life to mean something. Martha is positively charmed when he says he's hoping to turn things around and become a doctor. He says he was once in a pre-med program in college, so it's not entirely out of the realm of possibility. Martha interrupts him to call Chase over and check out something strange on the X-ray.

The entire team head into the lightbox room to check out the X-rays of Danny's abdomen, which show thirteen masses in his colon. They don't know what they could be, as they look nothing like tumors and tests for parasites came back negative. House comments that it's surprising that a homeless junkie wouldn't have any parasites, but Chase and Martha inform him that Danny is no longer using drugs and planning on getting his life together so he won't be homeless anymore, either. "He wants to be a doctor," Martha gushes. Taub rolls his eyes at Martha's naïveté, saying Danny is just telling Martha what he thinks she wants to hear. House, of course, knows that no drug addict stays clean for long, and says so while taking a few Vicodins just to prove his point. Martha softly asks if he could not take those in front of her. She did say please, but House has no intention of obliging her, of course. House tells the Cottages to treat Danny for a possible fungal infection and stick a scope up his ass to get a good look at those masses.

Taub gets the ass-scoping duty. He takes this time to talk to Foreman about House's wedding, suggesting that they boycott it "on principal." Foreman says he feels obligated to go since Dominica gave him a foot massage and he's in the wedding party, along with Chase. Now Taub is indignant not to be invited to be part of House's wedding party. Foreman doesn't know why Taub cares, since he was just planning on not going at all. "I still have feelings," Taub sulks. And then they catch a glimpse of Danny's colon masses.

Foreman holds up a jar with thirteen tiny bones fragments inside, saying they found them in Danny's intestines. They think Danny has some kind of mental issue that makes him eat non-food items, but Danny explains that he is friendly with the cook of an Italian restaurant, who dares him to eat nasty things in exchange for a real meal. The bone fragments are probably from a chicken bone the cook made him eat. Foreman lectures Danny on not eating things that could punch holes in his colon, while Martha asks for a promise that Danny won't do that again like she's his mother or something. Danny can't promise anything right now, though, as his vision has gone all tunnel-y.

While House and Dominica play with remote control helicopters off the lobby balcony, the Cottages discuss Danny's symptoms. Tunnel vision is a new one, while the GI bleed can be eliminated as it was caused by the bone fragments. Taub tries to come up with a diagnosis, which is difficult since he has a toy helicopter hovering a few inches away from his head. House literally shoots down his Western Equine Encephalitis idea by having the helicopter shoot a tiny little dart thing at Taub's face. Chase's theory of a brain tumor meets with a much warmer reception, especially since House and his helicopter are distracted by the arrival of Cuddy downstairs, followed by two important-looking people in business suits. He nods at Dominica, and they steer their helicopters down towards Cuddy, who is the only person who notices them. I mean, there's a useless PPTH security guard standing right there, but he's too busy letting people armed with weapons freely enter the hospital to notice any big noisy toy helicopters. House's helicopter shoots Cuddy in the boob before knocking over a vase full of flowers. The security guard remains oblivious. The important-looking woman is furious to have vase water splashed on her feet. Cuddy quickly makes an excuse that the helicopters belong to some playful pediatric patients and ushers them away from the scene before House can shoot a toy rocket at them and set them on fire.

Danny isn't a fan of the MRI (OF DOOOM!!), as he has trouble being in tight spaces since his dad used to lock him in the closet. Taub isn't sympathetic. Chase thinks he should give the guy a break and show him a little bit of respect, but Taub has none of that, nor does he have any hope that Danny will be able to turn his life around like he told Martha he was planning on doing. Chase thinks that Danny's belief that God gave him a second chance can be enough to keep Danny going. Taub calls him a sucker like Martha, who is being conned by a guy who knows what to say and do to get the most out of people. Chase doesn't see what's so wrong about rooting for a guy who has hope, and Taub says they don't know that Danny has hope. He's lied to them about everything so far, possibly including having an abusive father. He could just as easily have gotten those scars in fist fights. You know, the kind that end in cigarette burns and cuts. Danny speaks up to say he's not feeling well, and then he pukes. Taub rolls his eyes.

Despite the barfing, they were able to get a scan of Danny's head. While they found two "dark spots," they didn't find the tumor Chase expected. House and Dominica, meanwhile, are using the light box room table to play ping pong against Chase and Foreman, who should really know better but have apparently decided that they care as little about this job as their boss does. Martha thinks the dark spots could be brain damage from lack of oxygen when Danny was clinically dead, but House stops his game for a few seconds to say the scan actually looks like the MRI of someone with schizophrenia. Foreman says that could explain his tunnel vision -- maybe it's a hallucination. Taub doubts this, saying that Danny was screened for mental illnesses when he was initially admitted to the ER. Suddenly, House launches a particularly effective shot at Chase and Foreman and gets a point for his team. "In your head!" Dominica cries triumphantly. House corrects her. "On your face!" she says. "Close enough," House says, adding that Danny's schizophrenia wasn't diagnosed in the ER because it's still in the beginning stages. Martha asks what that means for Danny, then. Nothing good, I'm guessing. Much to Martha's distress, House says they'll treat Danny and release him so he can be "just another schizophrenic homeless man wandering the streets." "We have to help him!" she insists, apparently forgetting what her job actually is and who she works for.

House almost makes it through the rest of the day without a visit from Wilson, but as night falls, he makes an appearance to lecture him on his working relationship with Cuddy. He says House has to figure out a way to work with her now that they aren't dating anymore. "No, I don't," House says. He knows that Cuddy feels incredibly guilty for dumping him and so is trying to make it up to him by letting him do whatever he wants. He's planning on taking advantage of that. "You're pummeling an opponent who isn't fighting back," Wilson says. Yeah, but he's getting a giant flatscreen TV in his office out of the deal, so I don't see the downside.

Meanwhile, Taub wants to test Danny. He tells Martha he's going to walk into Danny's room with a little hockey stick pen and wait for him to tell him how much he loves hockey, too. He walks in and asks Danny how he's feeling. Danny says his arm still hurts. Taub whips out his hockey stick pen and writes a note in Danny's chart. Danny notices the pen and asks about it. Taub says his nephew bought it for him because he's such a big hockey fan. He waits for Danny to talk about how much he loves hockey, only for Danny to say he hates hockey. Martha holds in her laughter and gives Danny some pamphlets on shelters for mentally ill homeless people in the hopes that he'll take her up on them. Danny brushes them aside, though, because his arm is currently in a lot of pain. Martha and Taub assume he's talking about the burnt arm, but Danny says it's the other one this time.

House rolls up outside PPTH in something much bigger than a Segway -- a monster truck. I'm pretty sure those aren't street legal, but okay. He rolls out a rope ladder for the Cottages to use to get inside so they can do the differential inside House's ridiculous new toy. Over the sounds of House's stereo and the monster truck engine, they decide that Danny doesn't have schizophrenia after all, since the pain in his arm shows he's getting worse and the medication they gave him should have made him better. Foreman wants to test Danny's DNA for early onset Parkinson's, but House says there are plenty of other genetic diseases it could also be and testing will take weeks and therefore cut into House's honeymoon time, which is unacceptable. He says they just have to find Danny's parents and see if they have any genetic diseases, and then they'll have a good idea of what Danny has. Martha says Danny won't tell them who he is or who his parents are. House says that three doctors and one genius almost-doctor should really be able to outwit one homeless junkie. With that, the light turns green and he roars ahead. He doesn't go off a ramp and crush a bunch of old cars, though, so it's kind of boring. Not to mention he probably went through an entire tank of gas during that five-minute differential.

Taub enters House's office and sees a brand new flatscreen TV on the wall. House says Cuddy got it for him, and he's now trying to convince her to buy him an espresso machine and a massage chair for research purposes. Taub says he managed to track down Danny's father by looking at state-sponsored rehab facility records, which is probably illegal, and finding one Danny Jennings, who put his father down as his of kin. Chase and Masters are already en route to the address, which leads House to wonder why Taub bothered to come into his office at all. It turns out that Taub has a personal issue to discuss: not being invited to participate in House's wedding. House asks if Taub is saying that he is truly hurt at being "mockingly" left out of the party of a fake wedding. Taub is: "is it because I haven't been here as long as them? Or is it that you really don't like me or are you just screwing -- " I'm sure it's the last one and don't understand why Taub doesn't seem to realize that, either.

He's cut off by the arrival of Dominica, who surfaces from underneath House's desk. Flustered, Taub says he'll come back later, when Dominica is "finished." House says she is, then acts like it only just occurred to him that Taub thought Dominica was giving him some workhead under there. He assures Taub that she was just "installing the cable." Taub leaves. Dominica, ever kind, says she feels sorry for "the little one," and asks if there's anything they can do to make him feel better. Maybe she could install his cable, too?

Masters and Chase approach a nice house with a nice car parked in a red zone in front. I guess whoever owns that Range Rover doesn't care about parking tickets. A man answers the door, and a stern Chase and Masters say they need to talk to him about Danny. The man is confused and rather meek for a guy who supposedly abused his son so badly. Chase asks if Danny's father or mother have any genetic diseases in their family history, and the dad asks what difference it makes. Martha says it makes a big difference to people who care about Danny, unlike his father. "We're trying to make your son better," she says. Dad says that's going to be difficult, since Danny died of a drug overdose three months ago.

House is sent to Danny's (I'm just going to keep calling him that even though it's not his real name. Whatever) room to find out the truth his Cottages were not able to. He feels for Danny's pulse without so much as introducing himself to the guy, then says he definitely feels a pulse, so Danny can't be Danny Jennings, who is dead and therefore has no pulse. Danny refuses to tell House his real name or his father's, claiming this is because his father got sober and is looking for Danny, presumably to make amends. Danny is not interested in that. In fact, he says he knows that if he ever sees his father again, he'll kill him. And he seems pretty darn certain and scared of that fact, too. And then he has trouble picking up his water glass.

House emerges from Danny's room. Martha anxiously waits in the hallway, but House says he doesn't have Danny's real name, though he does have a diagnosis. Danny's new symptom of cerebellar ataxia means he has Parkinson's after all. Martha says that kind of sucks, that after everything Danny has been through, he now has an incurable degenerative disease. House doesn't care, of course, and tells Martha to start treating Danny and send his blood off to be DNA tested to confirm the diagnosis.

Wilson marches into Cuddy's office and says she has to do something about House, whose monster truck is sitting in six handicapped parking spaces. Cuddy says Wilson is exaggerating; it's only in four spots and House already promised her he'd get rid of the monster truck after the wedding. I guess he needs it for the wedding to escort him and his bride to the reception? Incidentally, House is having the wedding ceremony in the hospital chapel, which Wilson also strongly objects to, saying House has basically taken the chapel over. Cuddy doesn't care, saying House is the only person using that chapel except for the janitor when he has to sleep off a bender. And Cuddy knows the janitor does this but keeps him employed why, exactly? Also, are we talking about the Weird Night Janitor Who Wears His Pants Backwards? Because I miss that guy. And finally, I'm sure plenty of people visiting sick loved ones use the chapel and do not appreciate what abuse House is surely hurling at them in there, not like Cuddy gives a shit about her patients' families.

Wilson tells Cuddy not to appease House like this, but Cuddy assures him that she knows what House is trying to do to her and she's handling it fine. She just doesn't understand why Wilson cares. Neither do I. I guess he's bored? All cancer has been cured so he has nothing else to do today? Wilson claims it's because Cuddy is the first boss House had who knew how to deal with him. Before her, House either got fired or sued or both. I think Cuddy's just the first boss who won't fire House for some reason. I think she should, too. That would teach him! "He needs someone to say no," Wilson tells the woman who basically always tells House yes. "He needs someone he'll listen to when they [sic] say no," Wilson tells the woman who House never listens to the few times she does say no. Wilson says if Cuddy cares about House, she'll get out there and be his boss again. How about if she cares about her hospital not becoming the laughingstock of New Jersey, she'll take the monster truck and the mail order bride and the Segway away?

And yet, somehow, Wilson's words worked. Cuddy finds House in the chapel and tells him that he cannot use it for his wedding after all. House asks if Cuddy's taking a moral stand against this marriage. Cuddy says she's just trying to preserve the sanctity of this room, because that's important to some people. House says it's certainly not important to Blew, the Janitor, who passed out in one of the pews last week. Cuddy says his name is still Lou, and she doesn't care. House complains that he'll have to find another location at the last second, even after the caterers arrived with the food and the decorations and the invitations were sent out with this address listed. Yeah, because I'm sure all the people he gave those invitations to are dying to come to House's wedding. They hate him. Cuddy says none of this is her problem, and walks out of the room before calling back that House has to give her the TV back.

Martha hooks Danny up to his Parkinson's medicine, and he says he would have been better off if he died from that overdose. I guess he didn't take the news well. He thinks the world is better off without him in it, but Martha says he's just having a normal depressed reaction to getting bad news. Danny says he actually OD'd on purpose, trying to kill himself, so he felt like this before he found out he had Parkinson's. Why is Danny so sad? He says he's done "horrible things" and "hurt people," so he wanted to die. But when he survived, he figured God forgave him. But now he realizes that God only saved him to make him suffer. "I deserve it," he says. Martha says Danny does not deserve this, but she doesn't know about Danny's college girlfriend, who he almost killed one day when he snapped and beat the crap out of her. "I'm evil," he insists; "I'm just like my dad. We're both monsters that deserve to die." And then he complains of feeling dizzy and goes into cardiac arrest. Martha does chest compressions and waits for the real doctors to arrive.

After the break, she reports back to House and the Cottages that Danny's heart is failing. Chase adds that it's happening so quickly that Danny's only option might be a transplant, which isn't an option at all because the Evil Transplant Committee would never approve it. House wonders what they're missing. Taub says they're missing a lot -- they don't even know their patient's real name. Chase says the only thing they do know is that Danny has only gotten worse since he arrived at PPTH. This always happens to all of House's patients, but this time House thinks there's something to it -- Danny's sense of smell was off for months, but only after he came to PPTH for an unrelated matter did the rest of his symptoms show up, and they progressed rapidly. The Cottages posit a few theories as the patient food tray cart rolls by. House demands that the man stop the cart so he can check out Danny's food order. He looks at the past few days of Danny's food log and notes that he's been eating as healthy as possible to take advantage of his rare access to fresh fruit and vegetables. Because of this, House decides that Danny has Adult Refsum Disease, where his body is unable to process the phytanic acid found in chlorophyll. By eating all those vegetables, he was making himself sicker faster. All Danny needs is some plasmapheresis to remove the excess phytanic acid from his blood and a diet free of phytanic acid and he'll be fine. And all in time for House to get married!

The Little One has a job to do in the wedding after all -- he's the ring bearer. The writers hate Peter Jacobson. How humiliating. Why would Taub ever agree to that? The wedding has been moved from the chapel to I think Wilson's apartment? Or House's? Taub and Foreman's? It doesn't really matter. I do like that they left the bathroom door open, though, so you can see the toilet in the background as Dominica walks down the hall towards her intended. How romantic! Wilson, despite being House's best friend and possibly loaning him his apartment, is not his best man, so he sits in the audience with Cuddy, who is attending this for reasons beyond my comprehension. Chase plays the officiant, and takes a second to be bitter about love before getting onto the vows quickly because there are only a few minutes left in the episode and we still have to see the Big Stunning Reveal about Danny. Dominica quickly says "I do," and Cuddy loudly leaves the room before House can say his vows. Yay, House. You win. Also, who are all those people in attendance? Did Dominica fly her family over? They certainly aren't here for House. Instead of "I do," he just says "yep." And Chase pronounces them man and wife. Wow, I thought he'd chicken out or something would happen to prevent this. But I guess not! I can't tell if this is a brilliant or terrible move on the show's part.

Wilson finds Cuddy crying in the bedroom. I think this is House's apartment after all. The bed looks familiar. Cuddy says she's angry at herself for letting House get to her again. Wilson is happy to climb out the bedroom window with Cuddy and escape, but Cuddy says she'd never give House the satisfaction of leaving his wedding. She already left the ceremony, so any satisfaction he was going to get he already got then. Might as well stay for the free dinner, though, if you can get through it without making your chicken float off the plate on a river of tears.

Martha was not invited to the wedding, so she checks in on Danny. She says he'll have to eat a limited diet for the rest of his life, but it beats having Parkinson's. Danny thanks her for believing in him or whatever. Martha says Danny isn't a bad person. Everyone makes mistakes. I don't know that I'd call beating your girlfriend almost to death a "mistake," but Martha is the genius, not me. Martha says she has faith that Danny will "talk to someone" and get his life back on track. Danny says he will, and he thinks God has a plan for him after all, and this was just his way of testing Danny's resolve. And didn't Danny kind of fail, then, since he was whining about how he should have died and God wanted him to suffer? "See you tomorrow, Danny," Martha says. Danny offers to tell her his real name, but Martha says it "doesn't matter." I'm sure she won't regret not getting Danny's real name when she had the chance or anything.

Nighttime with the Houses. The party is over and the guests have left, so the newlyweds curl up on the couch and watch old movies. Dominica says this may not be a "real marriage," but she does have feelings for House. So they make out for a few seconds until House breaks it off, saying he "can't." "I never sleep with married women," he says. People on the forums thought he was being serious about this and pointed out all the married women House has slept with, but I think he was just making a joke instead of saying the real reason why he couldn't sleep with a woman who wasn't a prostitute and had genuine feelings for him: he still has feelings for Cuddy. He jumps up and heads for bed, leaving Dominica to sleep on the couch.

Martha comes to work the morning to find the rest of the Cottages standing outside Danny's room while a team of FBI agents go over Danny's bed with a fine-toothed comb. Foreman explains that Danny left PPTH last night without checking out. Way to go, PPTH security! Just let a patient walk right on out of there without paying or signing any forms saying he is releasing himself against medical advice! Martha asks why the FBI cares about this, and Chase explains that they just showed up to reveal the STUNNING SHOCKER SURPRISE. When Danny's DNA went to that lab for testing, it was matched with a criminal database for some reason and popped up as a match with a man suspected of killing thirteen people in ten different states -- and then eating his victims. "And we saved him," Taub says. Well, technically, only House saved him. And PPTH security let a CANNIBAL SERIAL KILLER WHO DIDN'T PAY FOR HIS SERVICES WALK OUT UNDER THEIR NOSES. And just to make this more horrifying, remember how many bone fragments masses they found in Danny's intestines? Thirteen. How many victims is Danny tied to? Thirteen. Ewwwww.
