Mitchell

Hawkins Homestead. Night has finally fallen, and down in his bunker, Hawkins pulls up a photo of himself standing with a bunch of gun-toting lads in dark clothes. It's probably from those team-building exercises some companies do, where they play paintball and stuff. He photoshops himself into the photo of his family that he tore off the bulletin board earlier, and smiles ruefully.

In his cell, Mitchell finds a scratched message: "Screw this town -- Jake Green, '92." I really agree. -- Strega '06. Then there's the sound of keys rattling, and Jake approaches the cell. Then he grabs a lantern that was hanging on the wall, smirks, and turns to leave again. Mitchell calls, "You know he's gonna come for me! And he's gonna come looking for you! No running away this time, Jake!"

And then there's a plug for Jakob Dylan's new album at the end of the show, just like they used to do on the WB. Which is kind of wonderful, because this is such a WB show anyway. time: Gray finally returns, and Dexter's dad pays a visit. Oh, maybe he's gonna take Dale and teach him the rules.
