We're going to be young forever. We're going to be grownups forever. You died. It took four seasons, but Tara Mae finally died. You finally accomplished what you've been trying to do, all this time.
Happy endings are defined by the fact that they're endings, and nothing more. Where the story ends. But who needs a happy ending, when you don't? Maryann, Toni, Franklin Mott: It was all leading here. You swim down, you swim up. That little black-eyed girl would be so proud of the woman you're becoming.
Tara jumps up faster than anything and throws her arms around Pam, for just a moment. Afraid Pam will jerk away, so she doesn't.
Pam: "Okay, break's over. Time to get back up on that pole."
What Lorena made is broken. What Bill made is still becoming something beautiful. But didn't I always say Tara deserved the best story of all? Didn't I say Godric's line is the only one that ever gets it right?
MEXICO
Don Bartolo has Lafayette's lips sewn shut, much to his annoyance, and his take on their whole affair and disastrous ending is that Lala stole his line's magic: That he sensed it in Jesus, and took it from him. I guess that's one definition of love; of what we're trying to do, when we love. Tonight, DB says, he's going to take it back. He starts doing a spell, and then reveals the boy growing inside his child-bride. It's demonic, shifting.
Don Bartolo: "Full of spirit and energy. He will do wonders with what I'm taking back from you. My wife will drink the blood I collect from your brain. You must think you're joining my Jesusito, but no. You don't get to be together. Adios, maricón..."
...Which is when the lady jumps up and stabs the shit out of Don Bartolo like a hundred million times, before snipping out the threads from Lafayette's lips. Thank God that didn't last too long, this episode was already getting pretty uncomfortable.
WOLF BARN
JD: "This vampire king friend of mine says the end of days is comin', a war between humans and vampires. God be damned if you get caught in the middle of that shit, right? So here's what we do. Accept his offer of joining his side, the winning side. And it's as simple as taking massive amounts of drugs!"
Wolves: "Hmm."
JD: "I know what you're thinking, and I miss Jimbo the Panther too, but he's making movies now. Big strong movies. So we just gotta trust this insane dude I won't even tell you his name, and drink a lot of blood, and act super crazy. What do you say?"
