Athena planning room. Tionne tells Joan to be checkout and concierge (which she pronounces "CON-shee-airs"). She tells Annie to be bell person and room service. Natalie's in the kitchen. She put herself in housekeeping and room service. Melissa's housekeeping and swing (which means wherever she's needed). Brande's housekeeping and room service. Brande interviews that Tionne did a great job, since she actually assigned tasks. Natalie interviews that they've all stayed at some of the best hotels in the world, so they want to give their guests that experience. They're giving all sorts of goodies and gift baskets. Joan calls herself a hotel whore, and says she likes it when they give her something free. Who doesn't? That's why I take the soap.

Brian, Dennis and Clint are at Carnegie Deli getting cookies for the guests. Clint says it was just fast and furious, and they headed back. In the van, Dennis says he has two Ferraris coming, and Brian says no. Dennis says he has one, then. Brian says no again. He asks what's the point of having cars parked in the front of the hotel if the people will be inside, and Dennis screams, "People look at cars! People look at people!" He says they look at his ass all the time. Brian thinks it's dumb for them to arrive, see a car, and go inside -- especially since both teams' guests will see them. Brian thinks the Mercedes that will actually transport the guests are more important. Brian says Ferraris sitting out front aren't customer service, so he'll have to veto him. [Wait, team members get veto power? A. Why didn't Dennis use it more often? B. Why isn't Dennis ignoring Brian and getting the cars anyway? And C. why doesn't Brian shut the hell up and let Dennis make some decisions? Brian got his check last week! - Zach] Dennis swears a lot. Brian tells him this is still their task, and he wants to win. Dennis continues to be bleeped by the censors. Then he interviews that Brian thinks anything he says goes, even though he doesn't know what he's talking about. Brian's never done advertising or marketing, and Dennis has. Back in the van, Dennis telling them that he's trying to do different stuff, and they don't get it. Brian's condescending, saying he's trying to tell Dennis what the task's about. Dennis says he knows what it's about. Brian interviews that as much as he'd like to give up on Dennis, he wants to win, so will do anything he can. In the van, Dennis says that since Brian knows everything, maybe he should do everything and take over. [Great, Brian, just great. - Z]

At the hotel check-in, Joan's letting her guests right in as the guy still stands at the KOTU desk, waiting impatiently. Joan's very helpful, asking the ladies if they have theater tickets and offering to get them for them. She's very good, actually. She interviews that she took it very seriously, but didn't know what the men were doing, since the guy is standing there waiting. Clint walks in and greets the customer, who says the wait was no problem. Clint tells the guy there was a delay in the guest checking out, so they're just making sure the room has everything they need in there. Clint interviews that check-in was rough, since they were behind, so he lied to the customer. He calls someone to say Mr. Landers has arrived. He interviews that he hopes Landers won't hold it against them. The women, meanwhile, are sending the first ladies off to their room, with Annie leading the way as bell person.

Dennis walks in, and greets Landers, who says he just wants to get into his room. Clint again apologizes for the delay, but Dennis says there's no delay and he sort of scolds Clint, saying they just serve people. He asks Landers what he'd like to drink, and Landers asks for champagne. Dennis interviews that they have no champagne or anything, and he wonders what's wrong with his team. He says he's really with four knuckleheads. Then he brings the champagne (and another drink for himself) and tells the guy how much he loves the strip clubs and girls in Vancouver, where he's from. He gets very excited about it, and the guy nods and laughs. Although I'm not really sure this guy likes the ladies. But it's Dennis Rodman, so you can't help having a good time and agreeing, I think.

Annie's explaining what they're being judged on, and says she behaved like an employee the whole time, and was really weird about it. It shows her awkwardly telling the customers about the movies on demand as she unzips their bag. She robotically tells them she can help them if they need anything.

Back with KOTU, Landers asks about some Billy Elliot tickets (me too, please). Dennis asks where he is playing at, and the guy doesn't understand him for about the first five times, so Dennis is all, "The concert?" Landers is like, "Billy Elliot? I don't know. It's on 40-something. A theater." Dennis says that if Billy's not playing, they're going to make it happen. Landers laughs and drinks his champagne, likely thinking he's entered the craziest hotel on the planet. Brian interviews that it's 3:30 and this guy wants two tickets to Billy Elliot, so of course Brian tells him he can do it for him, since he's the concierge. They lead Landers to his room.

Athena's checking in their second guests, a couple from Australia. Joan makes small talk about how she's played there many times, and then Annie leads them to their rooms. KOTU's second guests show up, too, and they'd like reservations at the Waverly Inn and would like to see In the Heights. Jesse tells Brian that the Waverly Inn is like a year backed up for reservations. Athena gets another guest, as Loews CEO Jon shows up, and tells the guest not to mind him; he's just here to supervise Joan. This guy just wants dinner in the room, for five people, and a bottle of champagne. Annie leads him away. KOTU's guests show up, too. They'd also like to see In the Heights. Then the one wants dinner plans, and stage tickets to Equus. Brian interviews how difficult these requests are. Clint asks what Equus is and Brian and Jesse tell him it's about a man who has sex with a horse. Clint is dumbfounded, and all the guys laugh (don't worry, though; the guest is gone).

Athena's checking in another group of guests, with a small foofy dog named Bouvier. I hate them already. In comes Stephen Baldwin, who's acting like some great big celebrity. Joan tells them they've been saving their best room for him, their luxury suite. Joan explains that when a celebrity arrives, you have to really treat them like a celebrity. So they offer him a cabaret show in the lobby (hopefully they're not the performers). He wants his own table. Then Vinny Pastore comes to the KOTU side, and teases Dennis about how bad things are if he's working here. Dennis interviews that he was like, "Uh-oh," when Vinny came in. Dennis knew he would be a jerk. Vinny wants a reservation at Rao's and a box of cannolis from Ferrara's. He also needs a car to take him to work at Sirius. And he'd like a Roy Orbison CD in his room. Even Joan, at the table, wants him to shut up. Dennis interviews about how loud, obnoxious, and demanding Vinny was. Obviously, he was put up to it, but why wasn't Stephen like this? He tells Clint he'd like a cowboy hat. Then Dennis interviews, wondering if Vinny would also like him to watch him take a shit, and clean his ass up while wearing a facemask. Because, okay, whatever, he'll do that, too. Hee. KOTU gets a call from a guest, who would like a bottle of Acacia chardonnay sent up.

Annie lets Stephen into his room, and he ominously tells her he'll speak with her soon. He immediately goes to the window and tells the camera he's not sure he likes his view, which isn't Park Avenue. It's "crappy 61st Street, with a hot dog vendor." He calls Joan to complain. He would like her to come and look at the view and tell him if he should stay here. She bullshits that she knows his view, which is a New York City view. She says it's not about Park Avenue, but about privacy, with the annoyance and noise of Park Avenue. He's jotting it down in his room, and sort of smirking like she's crazy. He tells her he might change his mind, but he guesses he'll stay put for now. He gets off the phone, and tells the camera he doesn't like his view. One of the KOTU guests finds a card that says to enjoy these amenities with their compliments, and he's all, "What amenities?" Then another guy calls Brian and asks how they're coming with those reservations. He says he has his guy working on it and will have an answer in fifteen minutes. They've now been waiting a half-hour for wine, and they start complaining about that.

Dennis arrives the morning. He walks in in his street clothes, and Clint greets him. Dennis tells Clint he doesn't want him to talk to him, that he should go talk to the other black guy. Dennis says he's just waiting to get fired, and Clint tells him he'll miss him if he goes. Dennis doesn't want to hear it, and walks out. Jesse and Herschel look on quietly, and Jesse interviews he feels bad for Dennis because he's better than this. He says the way people look at Dennis on the street is like a superstar. He thinks Dennis needs to be what people want him to be, and not disappoint them.

The women are delivering their breakfast, which Melissa says was not a bright move, since it was so much more work. Khloe's getting a cart to a room, as Annie's unloading a cart in a different room. Annie brought the room up forty minutes early, and the woman wasn't happy. Khloe interviews that it doesn't matter, because she usually orders room service. Annie's annoyed that Khloe's so laid-back about this. Then the same couple calls Joan to complain about the additional pedicure charge for having it in the room. Which Joan AGAIN failed to tell them. She has offered people things without telling them the cost several times. That does feel like it would be free when it's offered like that. Joan hangs up and says she's messed up a lot. She interviews that they did a great job, despite their mistakes, and she thinks they could win, though it's obviously up to the guests.

Landers explains how long it took to get to his room, and how disorganized KOTU seemed. Athena's first guests rate customer service as sometimes a little too eager, since they came for turndown service at 4 or 5. The gay party boys thought their room was really dirty and gross. The ladies who Dennis swore in front of liked everyone except Dennis, whom they describe as "Evil." The Australian couple weren't happy with their last experience with Athena, which sort of tainted the whole thing, customer service-wise: Forty minutes early for the breakfast, and then not being told about the extra pedicure charge. They say they're furious about that, and that it will be a lasting memory. Customers check out, and Annie says she thinks they did a good job, but what if guests like that Dennis is a crazy person. Speaking of, the guys Dennis ate with loved having dinner with him, since everything just appeared at dinner, which they say was "spectacular." They tell him how much they liked Dennis. Brian interviews that everyone seemed to enjoy their stay. He says he sort of wishes they'd lose, but his gut tells him they will win.

Boardroom. Ivanka. Jon. Teams walk in, then Trump. Dennis looks sad. Tionne looks serious. Trump asks Tionne how her team did, and she says her team did great. He says he heard she did great, and asks the team. They all say yes, and he calls out Melissa, surprised she'd agree. She says she's the one who suggested Tionne, knowing she could do it and that they'd all rally behind her. Melissa says it was no shock. Trump tells Tionne she was under the radar until now, so he's glad to see it. He asks Joan how Tionne did, and Joan can't find a fault. He asks Annie, and she can't think of a fault either. He asks how she thinks the team did, and Annie thinks they did great as a hotel staff, although there's no telling with the guests' opinions. Trump calls out Khloe for disappearing. She says she had to, and he says she missed a tough week. Trump asks what comments were, and Jon leads with the comments for the ladies being "The food was warm and on time." If that's the highest praise they got, they're in trouble. But, no, there's more. They loved the tickets, and thought the women were terrific, and would stay at a hotel Athena was running. Trump asks what their mistakes were, and Jon says it was not being told a service was double the price it actually was, and that Natalie needed improvement with her service. Trump tells Natalie he's surprised. Joan tries to defend Natalie because of the "gay men." Trump asks if she discriminates, but she loves gay men. Annie says she loved the guys in that room, who were her friends. Joan says Natalie was running her tail off. Melissa says they liked the idea of making these women run.

Trump doesn't talk to the men yet, strangely, but asks Ivanka what some of their comments were. She says that they said most of the team was professional, underlining the word most. They said the concierge was great, and got tickets and dinner. Negatives were that it took awhile to get into their rooms. Trump says that's nice, and then tells them Vinny and Stephen were just sent in to keep them on their toes; they didn't fill out any guest cards. Trump asks Dennis if he thinks he won. He says, "Nah." Trump asks why, and he says, "Just because." Dennis says he wasn't happy at all with the team. He says it was good in the beginning, but then it was more like being frustrated because the team wouldn't listen and just did their own thing. Trump asks if they listened, and he says they did for the first four hours. Trump asks Jesse what happened, and Jesse says that Dennis obviously has a drinking problem. Trump asks if Brian agrees, and he does. The women nod in agreement. Joan says that Dennis was very exuberant and happy in the concierge office. She says it was a great way for Dennis, but screwing up her work. She tells him she loves him, and he says he knows. Trump says he was hoping KOTU would do great under Dennis's leadership. Trump asks if Dennis is a good leader, and Clint says he was for awhile until he did what Dennis does: broke away, wanted to play, have fun. Clint says there was a point when Dennis sank well below the Loews Regency standard.
