Okay, after the coup, I did not want to be on this ride. But after I was strapped in and started moving, I started to enjoy myself. As PoorMan'sAlexanderHaig ascendsI mean, "is sworn in" as President and the bombers proceed with their attack as originally planned, Palmer turns over his war key codeswhatever they are. Palmer then has SecretServiceAgentwithSpeakingPart get him a phone so he can call Kiefer. This gets them both in trouble with smarmy PMHC, who takes away their phone and places SSAwSP under arrest. Meanwhile, Kiefer watches as Lady Mac and her bodyguard (and eye-ee-eye will always love yooooooooooou!!!) look for Hewitt. Hewitt appears from another hiding place in the loft, and Kiefer and Lady Mac try to negotiate his testimony and whether he and/or Lady Mac get immunity for their role in starting WWIII. Mind games galore, until ultimately Hewitt shanks Lady Mac so he can escape. Spawn comes back to NoDaddyNo Manor to get the last of her things. DaddyStopTouchingMe is there. He kills her police escort and tries to kill her, but thanks to a telephone walk-through from Kiefer, she shoots him firsttwice. Back at CTU, Chappelle fires Soul Patch for remaining loyal to Kiefer, so Soul Patch and Bitchelle chloroform him and continue running CTU as they please.
