Storybrooke, jail. Mary's lying on her cot when David enters the station. He tells her he's recovered pieces of memory. He remembers saying, "Don't do it. Don't kill her." Mary realizes he thinks he remembers her wanting to kill Kathryn. He asks her if she can explain why he has that memory. Mary cannot believe he thinks she had something to do with Kathryn's murder. David cites all the physical evidence and his memories. She tearfully reminds him of the evidence they had against him, and how she stood by him, how she never once doubted him. She is wounded that he thinks her capable of such evil. Although her voice remains just above a whisper, it turns hard as she says, "Get. Out." Mary turns her back on David. He bows his head, then nods uncertainly and finally leaves. Commercial.
Enchanted Forest, Dwarf's Cottage. Snow returns to find the Dwarfs eating in silence. She presents Happy with a new mug (a stein, really). When she says it's an apology, Grumpy grumps that they don't care about mugs. Snow says it's the only thing she broke that she can replace. Grumpy looks at her and she apologizes to all of them. Grumpy rises to his feet. "It's you!" Group hug! I love Snow's relationship with Grumpy and I love the dwarfs together. They tell her she can have back her old room, but she can't stay. She has to free Charming from King George. Grumpy says she can't do it alone. "But luckily, you won't have to. Let's show that king what Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs can really do." And yeah, he pronounces it "dwarves," but both spellings are correct, and Disney uses the "dwarfs" spelling, so I am too. Neener. Snow smiles as her faithful friends -- pickaxes at the ready -- all nod in agreement with their crankiest brother.
Storybrooke Jail. Mary is making up her cot when a key falls to the floor. It's ornate, like the ones from Regina's collection. She picks it up and rises to her feet. She's alone in the station, so she tries the key on the cell door. It opens. Mary hears someone approaching, so she quickly closes it and hides the key. Emma's there with breakfast. She tells Mary that the test results came back on the heart. It matches Kathryn's DNA, so she's dead. Emma is breathless as she apologizes. With proof of the death, she must move forward with the case against Mary, but assures her she believes her. All the evidence just convinces Emma that Mary is being framed -- framed by Regina. Mary wants Emma to confront Regina, but Emma points out belief isn't proof. She has to do everything right, or things will get worse for Mary.
