HRG hosts an awesomely awkward and untraditional Thanksgiving dinner, consisting of Sandra and her new boyfriend, Doug (and their poms, Mr. Muggles and Miss Lovegood, of course), Claire, and his NOTmistress Lauren (I was wrong last week about Lyle and Tracy being there). Doug's a tool, Claire's upset, Sandra's jealous of Lauren, and HRG's just trying to keep everyone from going crazy. Claire does anyway, though, announcing she's quitting school and then slicing her arm open right there in front of Doug, who faints. Then Gretchen shows up and all is right in Claire's world again. Or so it seems, until she and Gretchen leave to go find Samuel, since she stole her dad's compass. This can't end well.

Speaking of Samuel, he's still being a big jerk, and now Lydia the Tattooed Lady learns the full extent of it. She gets Hiro to take her back eight weeks and she watches him kill Joseph. When she comes back and tells Edgar, Hiro won't vouch for their story (still hung up on getting Charlie back), so Samuel accuses Edgar of killing Joseph, and throws a rock at him. But Hiro freezes time and saves him before he gets hit and killed. Samuel knows Hiro saved him, but Hiro stands up to him and reminds him that he might be powerful, but so's Hiro. And as long as Samuel needs Hiro, Hiro's smart enough to know he's safe, so Samuel can just step off. Or something like that.

Peter and Nathan (in Sylar's body) are at Peter's apartment when Mama Petrelli shows up for another awkward Thanksgiving, in which the boys grill her about what she did. She finally comes clean and apologizes, and then Nathan turns back into Sylar right in front of them. He eats an entire pie while holding them in place, because apparently he likes to have people watch him eat. Then he starts to cut open Mama Petrelli's head, but the Nathan inside his head comes out and stops him. He asks his mom what she's done to him, and leaves. Peter promises her he's going to get rid of the Sylar and make sure to keep the Nathan, because he can't lose his brother and he wants revenge. It's all very sweet how much Peter loves Nathan, but sorry to tell him Nathan's long gone.

Previously: Gretchen left college because she was scared of not being like Claire. HRG and Elisabeth Rohm almost had an affair, but she Haitianed herself. Peter and Sylar-as-Nathan found Nathan's body and then found Parkman and his Sylon, and Sylar-as-Nathan touched Sylon-in-Parkman's hand on his way out, which we all know means... Sylar's back. (Thank goodness, because how sick are we of this Parkman Sylon, Sylon-in-Parkman, Sylar-as-Nathan nonsense?) [Granted, it's half the Sylar we've been dealing with, but who would have thought last season that we'd be happy to have regular Sylar back? - Zach] Hiro went back eight weeks and got a film for Samuel, but he still hasn't given him Charlie back. Mostly because she's still busy on Glee. But I cannot tell you how thankful I am that the previouslies are (mostly) from last week. I was getting so sick of every storyline alternating episodes, as if this show were two separate shows.

Samuel's watching the same video Mohinder watched last week of Chandra Suresh talking about seismic, in-the-womb Samuel. Samuel practically has an orgasm until Hiro interrupts him by banging on the trailer door calling for "Butterfly Man" (a nickname I think we can all agree should go away). Samuel comes out and ignores Hiro's requests for Charlie by talking about the beautiful day, and then finally saying the video he watched put everything into focus, and helped him discover the truth about his destiny -- "our destiny." Because, remember, he needs the other heroes to help amplify his power. Hiro demands he give him Charlie, but Samuel just says, "Sorry. Not yet." Hiro puts his hand on Samuel's shoulder threateningly, prompting Samuel to tell him to go right ahead; then he'll never find Charlie. Hiro tells him in Japanese that he's the devil, but Samuel corrects him that he's Hiro's savior. Then he tells Hiro to smile, since it's Thanksgiving.

HRG's shopping for a turkey, telling Claire over the phone that she has to come to Thanksgiving; she can even invite Gretchen. Claire says she can't, since she moved clear across campus [So far! - Z], so now she's officially a social pariah. HRG takes responsibility, and wants to make it all up to her with a real Bennet Thanksgiving. Then they discuss Lyle (he can't get away from school; but isn't he still in high school?), so HRG begs Claire not to leave him alone with Sandra and Doug. Apparently she goes nowhere without the new boyfriend, even to her ex-husband's Thanksgiving. Which is an odd place to spend a holiday, anyway. [Especially if neither kid is a definite attendee. - Z] Claire says there's something she needs to talk to him about anyway, so she'll see him at 4:30. HRG hangs up and bumps into Elisabeth Rohm, who's apparently CIA ever since Primatech exploded. He says he lives in Dupont Circle, so she wonders what brings him to this grocery store in this neighborhood. He comes for yams, of course, as he picks up a can of them. She never pegged him for a yam man, though she did peg him for a stalker. He admits it, but says he really is cooking Thanksgiving dinner for his daughter and ex-wife. Small talk: Yes, he's divorced but they're still on good terms, hence the ginormous turkey. She helps him out by explaining a frozen turkey won't work at this point, so she leads him to the already-cooked ones. On the way, he invites her to dinner, telling her it would be great to catch up. She ditches her single-serve turkey pot pie for Thanksgiving with the Bennets.

Peter's watching Sylar-as-Nathan sleep when someone knocks at his apartment door. When he gets up to answer the door, we get a chyron that's almost as cool as those of old. "Chapter Ten" is written on the glass of the French doors he walks through, and then on the wall past them, he passes the word "Thanksgiving." (Not to repeat myself, but as I said in the Dexter recap, it's weird when shows such as these have Thanksgiving episodes.) It's Mama Petrelli at the door, with some henchmen to set up Thanksgiving dinner. She asks Peter where his brother is, and he says, "Good question," then tells her they need to talk. She brushes it off, all "Blah, blah, blah, family, Thanksgiving." She tells Peter to stir some milk into something, which is how Nathan likes it. Her henchmen leave, and Peter tells her they went to the storage unit and saw Nathan's dead body. Angela immediately knows it was the Haitian who told Peter, but she pretends it's a shape shifter in that box, who had to be stopped. Peter says Parkman also told them, but she says Parkman's unbalanced and suicidal. Peter's like, "You would be, too, with a Sylar in your head. Ask Nathan." Only he doesn't really say that. He asks if his brother's really dead, which is Nathan's cue to enter and tell her to answer. She won't answer, though, just more with the Thanksgiving and family nonsense. When Nathan gets slightly threatening, she tells him they will sit down and eat dinner like a family, or she'll leave and they'll never hear from her again. Then we get a close-up of Nathan as he briefly shifts into Sylar. Title card.

HRG's cooking when Claire arrives. Table's already set, pumpkin pies are already made. Claire can't believe how good the place looks. Claire has something to talk to him about before everyone else shows up, but then Lauren comes out, distracting her. Claire pulls him aside as Lauren finishes cooking, and says she's surprised he bought a date and he should have told Mom. He tries to pretend she's not a date, but ultimately sort of admits it by saying Sandra will understand: "We're a complex modern family, and besides, she's got... Doug." He barely says the word Doug, which is the perfect delivery by Jack Coleman. Another knock, and it's Sandra and Doug (played by Hank Stratton, whom you might remember from ... every TV show ever, starting in the '80s.) They come in and Claire greets Mr. Muggles happily. Doug's carrying his own Pomeranian, which he introduces to Claire as Dame Penelope Jane Lovegood III, but tells Claire she can call her Miss Lovegood. Claire looks disturbed as he baby-talks to Miss Lovegood. I guess it's all right for her mom, but not her mom's boyfriend? Sandra sees Lauren and asks HRG if he hired a cook, but he's all, "No, that's Lauren!" In one of those too-loud voices you use when things are awkward. But Lauren's totally smooth and says that's a great way to break the ice, and it's nice to finally meet Sandra. She also says her full name is Lauren Gilmore, which I'll go ahead and declare a shout-out to Lauren Graham on Gilmore Girls. Because, why not? Sandra asks HRG if he brought a date, and he says, "Nooooo. That's Lauren!" [Also, didn't Sandra, as well, or is Doug special? - Z] Claire just rolls her eyes. She is so above her parents' relationship drama.

Carnival. Lydia the Tattooed Lady corners Hiro and asks what the problem is; does he hate Thanksgiving or something? She tells him he can talk to her, since they're family. Edgar eavesdrops as Hiro says he's not part of this family, but a prisoner. He says Samuel broke his promise, because Hiro fixed the past but Samuel won't give back Charlie. He storms off, and Edgar asks Lydia if the time traveler fixed the past, where's Joseph? Lydia: "Good question." She finds Hiro again and pulls him aside to ask what he did to fix the past for Samuel. He can't tell her, though, since it might make Samuel mad, and Charlie's at stake. Lydia says okay, but then undresses in front of Hiro to apparently get him on her side. I don't know the logic, but she says they can help each other, since she can help him with her ability (which she creepily describes as "I can be inside of your soul. We can be as one"). He's on to her seduction, but when she says she needs contact and closeness for her ability to work, he's all, "Of course," and goes ahead and touches her back. No tattoos, since Hiro's not so much with the ink. Lydia tells Hiro he wants Charlie back desperately. He and everyone watching are like, "Duh." She wonders why Samuel didn't have him save Joseph, but he says to ask Samuel. But Lydia knows he'd never tell her, so she would rather Hiro take her back to the day eight weeks ago when the man from the government came and murdered Joseph. Here's what I find annoying about Lydia's ability (other than "everything"): If she can see inside people's souls by making contact with them, how does she tell Samuel things about other heroes (and HRG) and their paths when he touches her with his ink?

Anyway, they flash back, although it looks mostly involuntary on Hiro's party. They're there right as Mohinder's leaving Joseph's trailer. She wonders if he's the man who killed Joseph, but Hiro says that's Dr. Suresh. They watch Samuel approach Joseph angrily, and she wonders if this is the night Joseph was murdered. Hiro doesn't know, but he thinks they should go before they step on a butterfly. But Lydia's followed the other two out of the scene before Hiro even finishes his sentence.

Petrelli Thanksgiving dinner. Peter tells Angela that now that they're sitting, she can talk. She wants Nathan to say grace, but he won't. He says he's dead, and both she and Peter know it, so why doesn't she just tell them and put them all out of their misery? Not that knowing Nathan's dead will put them out of his misery, but I see his point. Mama Petrelli relents, but prefaces it by saying she doesn't expect them to understand, but she was grieving and reacted emotionally. Then she recounts the end of last season for them, explaining that she did it because of a dream she had in which he died, and Parkman saved him. She cries and tells them she made Parkman do it, and then she asks their forgiveness. Peter: "So, that body that we say? That was Nathan?" Angela says technically, but as far as the world's concerned, Sylar is Nathan, and it's been this way for months. She says he has his memories, he looks like him, they're still a family. Nathan and Peter both glare at her as she raises a toast, "To us." That is one messed-up woman.

At Bennet's apartment, he raises a toast to the first Thanksgiving he's ever hosted -- and to Lauren, because without her they'd be eating Japanese take-out right now. Lauren laughs, then asks Sandra how she and Doug met. Doug interjects, "May I?" and tells everyone it was love at first sight... for Mr. Muggles and Miss Lovegood. Okay, Doug is a huge tool, but a wonderful character. This show needed a little humor. Claire is horrified as Doug recounts how they met at the groomer, then calls her mom "Sandy," is even more horrified when her mother calls Doug "Dougy," then he calls himself "legume-intolerant" (which means allergic). Sandra asks how Lauren and HRG met, and he says they used to work together at Primatech and recently reconnected. Lauren says it was this morning in the frozen food aisle, which she trolls for eligible men. I am somehow liking her in this role, despite hating the added-on backstory last time. Sandra asks if they worked at the paper company or "that other thing," and Lauren's surprised she knows about that other thing. Sandra condescendingly says, "Yes, dear. A memory can only be erased so many times." Doug looks confused, but not enough to ask anything about it. Sandra asks if they worked closely, and if she's stumbling onto something she's not supposed to remember. HRG says she's not stumbling onto anything, and they should all just enjoy their dinner.

Doug tries to ease the tension by saying his family's Thanksgiving tradition is to go around the table and have everyone say something they're thankful for. Claire and HRG somehow refrain from asking Doug why he's not with said family. How they refrain, we'll never know. It must be part of their powers. (I already said in my Dexter recap how weirdly similar this scene is to the Thanksgiving dinner scene on that show, so I won't repeat it here. Doug goes first. He's thankful for the two beautiful women in his life, who are (in this order) Miss Lovegood and Sandy. HRG's thankful his daughter Claire decided to come for Thanksgiving, which wouldn't be the same without her. Sandra seconds that. Lauren's thankful for canned yams. HRG gives a knowing smile. Doug asks Claire about her, and she smart-asses that she wishes she were thankful, but she's just not feeling it right now. HRG explains her roommate moved out, and Doug hilariously and idiotically asks, "Why on earth would she do that? You're so likeable." She tells Doug he knows nothing about her, and HRG tries to stop her. But she drops the bomb then that she's thinking about dropping out of school. Sandra looks at HRG as the tension in the room just about reaches its peak.

Thanksgiving dinner at the carnival. Samuel's making a toast, but first asks Amanda where her mother is. For those who don't watch the Slow Burn webisodes, her mother is Lydia the Tattooed Lady. She tells him her mom went to find the Japanese man, but I don't know how she knew that, since their conversation started organically when they bumped into each other, and then she followed him away. When did she fill Amanda in? Anyway, Samuel's clearly annoyed. But then we're eight weeks ago in a field outside wherever the carnival was then. Samuel and Joseph argue. Samuel wonders how long Joseph's been lying, and Joseph tries to get him to calm down, but Samuel's sick of being controlled and manipulated. He wonders why, and Joseph says Samuel's dangerous. He says Samuel can move the earth, but it's more than that. He can move cities, and mountains. He has the power to kill millions. Folks, we have our likely season-ending impending apocalypse. Woo hoo! Samuel says he always thought he was missing out on some untapped potential. (Only Samuel -- and Sylar -- would see the ability to kill millions as "potential.") He wants to know how he can be that powerful, but Joseph says he's already said too much. He says he didn't want this life for Samuel, but he had to be controlled, and Joseph gave up everything to watch over him. Samuel wants to watch the film and take responsibility himself, but Joseph says it's too late, since he told Mohinder to burn it. He never wants Joseph to know the truth. Joseph's arranged for a man from the government (Danko) to come and take him in; he gave him a compass to find them. But Samuel's done being betrayed. Joseph tells Samuel he loves him as Samuel picks up a rock with his power and buries it in Joseph's neck. Lydia covers her mouth nearby, in horror. Then Samuel breaks down crying, "What have I done?" and cradling his brother. Which you'd think is sincere since he thinks he's alone, but if it were, wouldn't he have sent Hiro back to fix this instead of to get the film? Lydia makes a noise, and Samuel gets up and looks for them. Hiro struggles to teleport them out of there, but eventually does, just in time. Then Samuel stands there, looking very cool in his trench coat in a field of tall weeds in the moonlight.

Back at HRG's Thanksgiving of Awkward, Claire says college isn't where she's supposed to be. HRG wonders if this is about Gretchen, because that's just one relationship. Claire says it is, and also about Becky, and everything else. Sandra asks who Becky is, but Claire just, "Mom!"s her and moves on without answering, saying she doesn't belong in college. She might go live abroad for a year or get a job; who knows? He asks what about the $40,000 he just gave the school, and Claire says, "I don't know. Where'd it come from?!" HRG thinks this is about what Samuel said, and Sandra's like, "Who's Samuel? What's going on?" She wants to know what's happening, what HRG did. Claire says it's not about her dad; she's just a freak and people don't like freaks. Doug asks if he can interject something, and Sandra, HRG and Claire all yell, "No!" Lauren suggests everyone take a deep breath. Doug says he just wanted to say what Claire's feeling is perfectly normal, and nothing we haven't all felt. She looks pissed, but he goes on about growing up and discovering his penchant (he uses the French pronunciation, natch) for dog breeding didn't exactly make him popular. Claire's face is saying "Not. The. Same." Doug tells her to trust him; this will all blow over. Claire asks him really, will it, and then slices her arm open. Emo kids and their self-mutilation. He faints, and HRG glares at her and says, "Great." They should probably call the Haitian, but they don't want to interrupt his Thanksgiving. [Or, as it is known in Haiti, the "Eating of the Yams." - Z]

Back at the carnival, Hiro and Lydia are ducked down behind a big blue box of some kind, as she says they have to stand up to him. Hiro doesn't want to, since that will put Charlie at risk, but Lydia says she's sorry; some things are just too important. She's crying as she walks to Thanksgiving dinner. Hiro gets up, too, and Samuel asks where he's been. He says he got lost. Then Samuel interrupts Edgar and Lydia talking and asks what's going on. She lies that nothing is, but he pulls a straw from her hair ominously before leading everyone to dinner (wasn't he toasting at the dinner already?).

Miss Lovegood is licking Doug's passed-out face. Lauren guesses he's never seen a "re-gen" before, and Sandra glares at her, like, "Don't call my daughter that." Sandra says this was par for the course for HRG, and she doesn't know what's going on with him and Claire. Lauren doesn't know either, but she thinks dinner was just his way of letting Claire know her family loves her, and there's nothing wrong with that. Sandra looks over and watches Claire and HRG go into the other room. In there, he shows her that he's back on hero pursuit ever since he came across the compass, which almost got him killed. Oh, and it belongs to Samuel. Claire tells him maybe she's not supposed to have a normal life, but he says it sounds like she's giving up. She says none of them understand what it's like to be her. She has to lie to everyone or they faint. [Can't she just avoid jumping out of windows, or carving herself up with an electric knife? It seems like an easy power to hide, if you just don't act like a freak. - Z] HRG knows it's been hard and he's caused pain, but he says Samuel and Co. are not good people, and she needs to trust him on this. She tells him to stop treating her like a child, and he tells her to stop acting like one. There's a knock, and HRG walks over to let Gretchen in, as Claire pockets his compass.

Back at Peter's, Angela asks who's ready for pie and brings it and the knife to the table. Nathan puts a hand on hers as she reaches for the knife and asks if there's a problem. He says this is some family, since they don't look at him and see their family member; they see the person who killed him. Peter says, "Nathan," and Sylar-as-Nathan says, "Guess again." Angela wonders if Sylar's in there with him, and he tells Peter they shouldn't have gone to Texas. Then he starts electrocuting himself or something and flails around until he falls face-first to the ground. When he stands up, he's fully Sylar, who says it feels good to finally be him again. He puts a napkin in his shirt, bib-style, and breathes, "What's for dinner? I'm starved." Then he whips the other two chairs sideways with his mind, which won't make sense until after the commercials. And, at this point, the characters mannerisms are so comical I can't even bother to be worried.

Which is so unlike how I feel about Samuel, who we're back with as he cuts pumpkin pie and creepily tells everyone how special this meal is, since they all had a hand in it, just as they have in everything, including their shared destiny. He walks around the table and touches Lydia, who looks on the verge of tears, as he says tonight is special because the future is here and will be greater than Joseph ever imagined. Then he says he can't tell them yet -- not while there's a traitor in their midst. He goes on that the person who killed Joseph is at this table, and Edgar tells him to admit that he did it, since Hiro saw it. Samuel asks if that's what Hiro saw. Hiro apologizes to Edgar (for all to hear) that he has to think about Charlie, and says he didn't see that. Edgar stands up and yells, and Samuel calmly asks him why he's so angry. Is it because he killed Joseph? Edgar seethes, strengthening Samuel's case. Samuel says that Edgar betrayed them to the government, and when Joseph found out, he killed him. Edgar calls him a lying bastard, but Samuel's already picked up a rock with his mind. Hiro touches Edgar and freezes time, as Edgar's about to pull out his knives. He tells Edgar to run if he wants to live, because he can't kill Samuel while Charlie's still lost in time and space. He promises Edgar they'll defeat him someday, and Edgar runs away (at super-speed, of course) and then Hiro unfreezes it. Samuel says only someone who's guilty would run away. Or, you know, someone who has a loaded rock aimed at their face. Then he says "Good riddance," and Lydia looks scared and more than a little annoyed at Hiro.

Sylar's scarfing down food as the Petrellis are trapped in their chairs. Sylar wonders if his hunger is some sort of existential soul thing, and Peter wonders, "You have a soul?" Sylar, with his mouth full, wonders if that's the best Peter has. Then Sylar tells Angela she's raised the evil incarnate bar to an entirely new level, and thanks her for giving him something to strive for. He kisses her on the lips as Peter struggles against being trapped. Sylar says he's not a religious man, but he believes in blood. "Time to carve the turkey." He starts to slice open Mama Petrelli's head. I love that he called her a turkey in that way. As he starts to slice, though, Nathan fights back from within Sylar. Sylar yells that Nathan's dead, but Angela says his spirit is alive and fighting for his family. Sylar fights with himself and his face morphs and morphs and he ends up Nathan. Who looks at his mother and asks, "What have you done to me?" He flees. Peter tries to follow, but Nathan's already broken through the barred window and flown away. But Peter should have all of his powers, right? Since he touched him last week? That's how it works, based on the show's internal logic, right? Commercials, including the latest Slow Burn. Edgar sends Lydia a text on her Sprint phone apologizing for leaving, but telling her to keep fighting. Amanda tells her mom she's sorry about Edgar, but Lydia says Edgar's too fast for Samuel. Amanda wonders why Edgar would do that, and Lydia says it's complicated, but she doesn't have time to explain right now; she needs to get Amanda out of here. Samuel interrupts and asks Amanda to excuse them so he and her mother can have a talk. The women look at him in shock.

HRG's Thanksgiving of Awkward is wrapping up, as Doug's apologizing for fainting. Claire and Gretchen discuss Gretchen's new roommate. She's dull, and no one's tried to kill her for days and she's a slob. Claire offers her her old room back, and Gretchen accepts, since Claire's the only person who's made sense out of everyone she's met at college. In the kitchen, HRG asks Lauren about Christmas, but she suggests a movie instead; she wonders if she should give him her number, or if he's going to stalk her in the produce aisle. He says, "Uh, canned goods, I think it was." She gives him her number, and I start to like this coupling in spite of myself (although, more Sandra is always a good thing). Lauren tells the girls goodbye and leaves. Doug, Sandra and the dogs are right behind her. Claire apologizes to Sandra about Doug, and she says it's okay; she told him he ate a peanut. She says, "He's not the sharpest tack, but he's a good man." Which she clearly prefers over the brilliant but unreliable killer she used to be married to. Gretchen goes to wait in the car as Claire and her dad have a heart-to-heart. He apologizes, but tells her he wants her to take her time and think about her choices, because she does have them. She says he's right and that she's going back to school; classes start Monday. They hug and say they love each other. She thanks him for inviting Gretchen, saying it wasn't overreaching, but the perfect dad thing to do. He says Thanksgiving is at her place, and she agrees. But doesn't she live in a dorm? That could get crowded, not to mention the fact that they don't have kitchens.

She gets in the car and shows Gretchen the stolen compass as our theme music of old kicks in. She says she wants to know what her choices are, and this is going to lead her to them. She asks if Gretchen's up for an adventure, but will understand if not, since they might run into Becky there. Gretchen says she's not her favorite person, but Claire is. So they start out.

Carnival. Samuel tells Hiro how honorable it was of him to save Edgar, but he should know that when he betrays him, he puts Charlie in danger. Hiro stops and tells Samuel that Joseph was right: "You are powerful. But I am powerful, too." And I get a little twinge of nostalgia for the Hiro of old. Samuel threatens to make it so Hiro will never see Charlie again, but Hiro says he can't since he needs him. So if Samuel doesn't tell him when and where Charlie is, he's leaving. Samuel says he doesn't think he'd let him leave, does he? Hiro says he has no choice, but Samuel says he always has a choice. He beckons Damien over to put his hands on Hiro's head. Everything from this season flashes before him: Ando and him at work. Him helping the guy stop photocopying his butt, him and Charlie in the diner, the slushy, saving the cat, Mohinder frozen with a lit match. When Damien's done, Samuel asks how he feels, and Hiro says in Japanese, "Must rescue Watson. Beam me up, Scotty!" Then he disappears. Okay, this is humor I can get behind, too. Hiro's pop-culture gibberish. Samuel looks horrified and asks Damien what he's done. The only thing that annoys me is that now Hiro won't be there to tell Claire how bad Samuel is week. When I mentioned this possibility to my husband, he said that will never happen because this show's like World of Warcraft: There's no plot, nothing ever happens, and there's no ending. (Gamers: Don't e-mail me to clarify. We are happy in our ignorance.)

Peter's. He comforts his mom and promises they'll get Nathan back. She says it's over, and not possible anymore. Peter says the only thing he can count on since this all started is that anything's possible. She says it's Sylar. Peter says no one wants him dead more than him, but the one thing he wants more is his brother alive. He'll find a way.

week: HRG leaves Claire a message, telling her how much more dangerous the compass is than she knows. As they get to the carnival, Claire has second thoughts, but Samuel greets her in the parking lot, so glad she could make it. Peter's going to get Nathan back, and if there's no Nathan to get back, he guesses he'll settle for revenge on Sylar. He's beating the crap out of Sylar, who breathe-wonders if Peter's going to beat Nathan out of him. Peter, holding a nail gun, says, "Something like that." We hear a nail gun and Sylar screaming. Okay, that's awesome.
