George finally gets up the nerve to intubate a patient AND ask out the hot nurse with the dirty little secret we don't know about yet. Izzie treats a patient who claims to be a psychic, and Izzie hates psychics because they remind her of trailer parks. Cristina schedules a termination and has to spend the entire episode dealing with a pregnant cancer patient who has to choose whether or not to terminate her own pregnancy.
