Welcome back! We're still in New York, and everything picks up right where it left off: Treat and Ephram have just had a major bonding moment, then Ephram goes and ruins it all by heading out to meet Madison for coffee. It takes Madison approximately forty-seven years to tell Ephram about their baby -- a boy -- who was, oops, sorry Ephram, adopted at birth by a very nice couple. Ephram returns to the hotel and unloads on Treat, freaking all the way out, and Treat is forced to reveal his complicity in the great pregnancy cover-up. Ephram kicks off his plan for revenge in high style by nixing his Juilliard audition. At the actual audition. While Treat looks on helplessly. Awesome. Meanwhile, Amy frets about fate and destiny and getting into Harvard until Ephram comes home and asks for her help through all this drama, to which she eagerly agrees. In one of the better-executed MEOWs of the season, Patch and Dimplepants work on a young man who was accidentally shot by his father in a hunting accident. The boy dies, which is sad for the boy, but good for us, because it leads to some great father-son moments between Patch and Bright. Bright wants to be an EMT!
