So, as it turns out, Carter and Susan have way more chemistry when they're flirting than when they're kissing. The big buss, and its follow-up, lacks sizzle, tongue, and warmth. It looked yet again like the crack ER chemists whipped up some incest with a side of weird. The Battle Royale for Reese begins with Benton coming off as the heavy, as predicted. I guess Cleo and Benton got back together, because otherwise, she perjured herself on the stand; Roger's lawyer makes Benton look like a deeply inconsiderate parent, and already, the judge favors Roger. Luka tells Abby he wants to marry Neecole and support her through the pregnancy, so Abby confronts Neecole about the inconsistencies in her stories about her father. The French girl covers for herself, but does dump Luka and confesses that the pregnancy was fake all along. She plans to leave town. Luka looks upset, but it's hard to care about a romance that happened entirely off-camera. Weaver and Sandy Lopez -- the firefighter from last week -- finally connect and decide to go on a date. Finally, Rachel's boyfriend shows up in the ER and tests positive for pot, so Mark makes his young minion pee in a cup. The brat's clean, but don't worry, she'll screw up soon. There's also a totally unrelated (thank God) subplot about semen. Yum!
