While this was going on, Helen was doing laps in the yard, and overhearing at least some of it. She goes to tell Candice about what she heard Spencer saying, that Candice is Spencer's target. Helen DRs that while she's upset with Candice, she's more upset with Spencer. And Candice decides to have a "Keep it real with Candy moment" to call him out.
Candice does indeed call a house meeting in the back yard. "House meetings always go really well," Amanda remarks dryly as everyone gathers around. Candice announces she's been "bombarded" with the news that Spencer's after her (a bombardment of one person), but Spencer told Candice she was after Amanda. So which is it? Obviously Spencer's mention of Candice was just to throw Amanda off the scent, but he can't say that in front of everyone. Put on the spot, Spencer sputters that he would just prefer to have Howard to stay, and Candice keeps going on about some horrible stuff that Spencer supposedly said to her about Amanda. Which, according to some of the other things I've read about Spencer saying, I absolutely believe. So now Spencer admits to everyone that he wants Candice to go, mainly for putting him in that position. She tells Spencer not to mention her name again, tells everyone to vote according to their own wishes, and promises Spencer that he's going home week. All Spencer can do is sit there and not and pretend he's not fuming. Which he sucks at.
Jessie admits to Aaryn and GinaMarie (and to the DR) that after that, she's afraid of Candice, which is valid. Cowardly, but valid. Aaryn and GinaMarie latch onto this and agree that they want her out. All they need is four votes, and Aaryn to break the tie. Aaryn says she's been doing what she's told all week, but now she wants to evict Candice.
Group Chenterview, apparently because we need something really boring to ease out of all that drama. She congratulates them for being in the house for 42 day, or nearly halfway through the game. Tell me about it, lady. Julie mentions some babies that have been born in the last six weeks, including Britney's daughter Tilly, North West, and the royal baby, making them all play a no-stakes guessing game about the babies' names and/or genders. Julie asks Julie and Judd what they miss the most, which are, respectively, Jessie's dog, and Judd's family and friends and also his dog, because of course Judd has a dog. In fact, I'm surprised he only has one.
So now that we've wasted that time, this week's filler feature is about Judd. This gets cued up by Aaryn, Helen, and Amanda sitting in the HoH room talking about how Judd is such a liar they don't even believe his stories about being from a small town. Cut to the shotgun-riddled Englewood City Limit sign, where Judd's parents talk like stroke victims and the whole town has Judd's name on every surface where movable letters are available. Everyone apparently meets for viewing parties in the local roadhouse/restaurant/taxidermy shop/city hall, and his dad assures us that Judd really is as he seems. Which I don't doubt, because who'd pretend to be that person if they weren't? I don't think the parade would be happening without the cameras, though. Everyone in town seems to think Judd knows what he's doing, and after seeing that segment filled with condescending sterotypes, I think they may be right about one thing: Judd might actually be the smartest person in town.
