Top Model Takes It to the Streets

It's time for posing with the queens! The girls head to an abandoned warehouse, where they meet up with posing expert Benny Ninja -- also known, according to Dominique, as "the inventor of the vogue" -- and supermodel Vendela (also the host of Scandanavia's Top Model!) to learn about commercial, couture, and catalogue posing. While Lauren and Marvita struggle, Benny and Vendela are fans of Dominique, which causes her to refer to herself in the third person even more. Great.

We get the season's first incident involving the phone, as Dominique misses her phone time as determined by a list that Whitney organized. Dominique's negligence is at fault according to Whitney, but that's not how Dominique sees it, and they argue. Whitney twitches her head at Dominique, which is further cause for Dominique's ire. She thinks Whitney's being disrespectful, but Whitney points out that she has no reason to respect Dominique. I guess they both get a point for that one. After Whitney questions her education, Dominique calls her racist, and Whitney busts out the old white-person favorite, "My best friend is black." Dominique has the last word when she says Whitney looks like she's thirty and acts like she's twelve. No, wait, the last word goes to Whitney, who asks for Saran Wrap. Good one?

The week's challenge involves a team posing battle in Brooklyn, where Dominique is able to reconnect with her people, the drag queens. Lauren redeems herself and kicks some ass, and the drag queens wave their fingers at her, which I think is the highest compliment. Fatima pulls out all the stops as she battles Whitney, which means that Whitney gets a crotch in her face. The best poser of all, however, is Claire, and she wins the challenge and a trip to Bora Bora. Her team gets some free swag, and you know Marvita is juiced.

Speaking of Marvita, the competition is starting to get to her, and she retreats a bit and loses some confidence. She wonders if she's too ghetto for the world of modeling. Well, if you listen to Fatima, she is. Guess that uneasy truce is over. The photo shoot for the week has girls getting close-ups of their faces, which have some extreme, colorful makeup, paint splatters, and hats made of random plastic wedges. It's a theme that makes about as much sense as any of the other shoots they do. Marvita has serious problems, and Jay correctly guesses that she's checked out of the competition for reasons of boredom or intimidation.

At panel, Tyra gets to demonstrate "dead eyes," which we all know is her favorite thing to do! Dominique pulls out a great photo, Whitney disappoints, and after the judges notice the beard on her armpit, Fatima is forced to confess that she doesn't shave. Fatima's photo is gorgeous, though, so she gets a pass. This leaves Whitney and Dominique in the bottom two. The judges think that Whitney wants it more, so she gets a photo. Marvita, meanwhile, is sent back to the hood. It's a sad day for everyone who was hoping we'd get to see a genuine punch in the throat before the season's end.

Previously on ANTM: The girls walked in a runway show for Tuleh, which worked out well for Katarzyna and not so well for Marvita and the bipedally-impaired Lauren. A photo shoot in a meat freezer had the girls becoming really, really intimate with beef drawers. Amis was sent packing, and not just because she chose a really dumb name for herself. Ten bitches remain!

New York City! The girls return home from elimination, and Fatima muses about being in the bottom two. She was shocked, because she thought she was doing extremely well. She is the 635th girl this season to say that she needs to step her game up. She practices on the runway in cheap silver shoes, because that's how she rolls. Dominique, meanwhile, is confident in who she is and that she's staying in the competition. She tells us that she -- or, as she refers to herself, "Dominique" -- is going to make it and win the competition. She could sit there and go on for days about it. And, by the looks of it, has. She prattles on, and Stacy-Ann looks like she'd rather be giving Jay Manuel another lap dance than listen to it for a minute more. Whitney does an impression of Dominique in an interview. It goes like this: "Blah blah blah." She says that Dominique is mind-boggling.

Marvita, meanwhile, says that she's like the runaway bride. She can't stay with anybody -- she needs to go. Foreshadowing wears a do-rag. Marvita interviews that she spent her formative years having to hustle and be hard, and no one can connect with her on the same level. Perhaps Marvita hasn't yet heard Tyra's hardscrabble tale of having to go to Paris when she was 17. Life on the streets is made more difficult when you only have a scrap of baguette to sustain you. Marvita tells Katarzyna and Aimee that she's not a holding hands, kissy-kissy kind of girl. When Marvita loves you, she punches you in the crotch. She interviews that she's been molested and raped, and doesn't trust people. Claire tells us that Marvita is a crazy hood-rat, and is almost in a different category of human being altogether. There's a model inside of Marvita, she says, but there are also a lot of exterior layers that hide it. None of the exterior layers are as kicky as Claire's pink "I Heart Labor" tank top, though.

In the kitchen, Whitney offers Stacy-Ann some banana bread. Stacy-Ann refuses, saying that she doesn't want to get fat like Whitney. I...think that's a joke? Whitney doesn't even believe in the "f-word." Fat, that is. She asks if Stacy-Ann means "phat." Whitney loves her curves, and loves not looking like a little boy. Being naturally not-so-curvy, I've always liked to live by the "more than a mouthful is a waste" adage, but to each her own. Whitney was called second at judging last week, and is hoping that she can stay on top (na na na na na na).

Tyra Mail! "You all know your ABC's. But what about the 3 C's? Love, Tyra." Is this going to be a challenge involving, like, bread crumbs and parmesan cheese? Because Whitney has that shit all tied up.

The girls head off to an old, creepy-looking warehouse. As they enter, someone voices over, "Commercial, Couture, Catalog." Yes, the infamous three C's we've all been waiting for. And the disembodied voice is none other than posing instructor Benny Ninja! I bet he and Marvita could bond over hustling. She's juiced to see him. So is Dominique, who asks how many people can say that they met "the inventor of the vogue." It's not a rhetorical question, as she, in fact, has not met the inventor of the vogue. Rent Paris Is Burning and study up on your history, ho. Benny introduces his latest sidekick, international supermodel Vendela! Oh, yay, supermodels. Benny demonstrates commercial, catalogue and couture posing for the girls as Vendela calls out the categories. When it's time for couture, she just says, "Ture." Is that an insider nickname?

The girls then get a chance to show off their posing skills. Vendela thinks that Fatima can go far with a little practice. Aimee aces commercial posing. Anya does well, because she knows that when she's jumping in the air she's selling shoes. Benny calls Whitney Anna Nicole. She has heard this several times since dying her hair blonde, and is pretty sick of it. Come on, Whit! Being compared to a zaftig drug-addled trainwreck willing to bone old dudes for money and best known for making people ask what the fuck was wrong with her and/or facing a sketchy, tragic demise is TOTALLY a compliment! Biker chick Lauren has a hard time distinguishing between commercial and catalogue, and Benny takes the high road of not saying anything at all if he has nothing nice to say. Claire does couture, and Benny just sighs.

Marvita is , and poses like she's on the cover of Stomach Cramps Monthly. Vendela thinks she's a beautiful girl, but needs to be toned down. Benny adds that she was all over the place. Katarzyna and Stacy-Ann work their poses. Vendela and Benny both think Dominique is great. Dominique interviews that she keeps working it, because that's what Dominique is all about. She totally won the "Looking Like the Boy that Probably Robbed You a Few Minutes Before You Came to the Ball" category. Trophies all around!

Back at home, Claire talks to her husband and her baby on the phone. Awww. Fatima tells someone that she's learning how to pose now. Whitney tells us that they always do a phone list. You have a designated time, and get fifteen minutes, and it's your job to know when you should be on the phone. If you snooze, you lose. As it happens, Dominique snoozes. She is pissed that no one came to her and said anything. After all, she says, she has a child. Well, so does Claire and she managed to get her ass to the phone at the designated time, and thus got to talk to him. I think Dominique is to blame for this one, mostly because she seems to generally be such a pain in the ass.

Dominique has a talk with some of the other girls. She says there was a miscommunication between her and Whitney, and that she never got the message about having to be in the phone booth at a certain time. As it turns out, Whitney actually created the phone list. Hmm. OK, they both suck. Claire actually jumps in and tells Dominique to stop yelling at Whitney, because it wasn't her responsibility to tell people where they fell on the phone list. Claire is a breast-milk-drinking beacon of wisdom and fairness, so now I'm back on Whitney's side. Dominique, however, stands her ground and asks whose responsibility it is. Claire tells her that everyone must have responsibility for themselves. So, I'm guessing that the phone list concept is not new, and that Dominique is just being an idiot. Am I right? Let's have a poll.

The debate continues! Whitney tells Dominique that she missed her time, and Dominique tells Whitney not to twitch her head like that. Whitney, for her part, is going to twitch her head however she wants. The conversation becomes less about the phone, and more about Dominique and Whitney hating each other. Dominique says that Whitney talks and looks at people in a way that's very disrespectful. As opposed to that time last week when Dominique called Whitney white trash, I'm guessing. I've never heard such respectful talking behind someone's back! Whitney gets a steely look in her eye and says, "I have no reason to respect you." Well, now! Whitney: breaking down jolly fat girl stereotypes daily. Dominique thinks that Whitney is a misanthrope. She tells her that she's pretty on the outside, but her attitude sucks. Whitney then says that Dominique has no education and speaks out of her ass. And...I'm not totally sure where that came from. It is sketchy, to be sure. Dominique didn't just learn the proper use of the third person by dropping out of high school, after all!

There is some more bickering, and Lauren wonders why everyone can't just get along. She asks what the significance of their conversation is. Dominique replies that there's no significance when you're talking to a big brick wall who is racist toward everyone and anyone. What we need to do is to send Barack Obama to this house and straighten these hos right out. Whitney is appalled. She interviews that you might by rights be able to call her a bitch, but she is from the south, and accusations of racism are very, very serious. If anything, I think she was being classist but Dominique, being so uneducated, would not be able to discern the subtleties of the discourse. And then, it happens. Whitney says -- wait for it -- "Are you kidding me? Are you kidding me? My best friend is black." Oh yeah. That totally just happened, followed by a quick cut to commercials. She had me until she used the oldest racist white person defense in the book. Although, actually, I still can't stand Dominique. Really, it's a conundrum.

When we return, Dominique clarifies in an interview that Whitney can be racist toward a red-headed Catholic girl, or the ever-popular blonde, blue-eyed Jewish girl. In any case, Whitney's supposed "best black friend" is not impressing Dominique. Whitney yells that this has nothing to do with Dominique being black, and everything to do with her being an idiot. I'd buy that argument. She interviews that Dominique crossed a line by calling her a racist. Before, she was sarcastic in the vein of, "Dominique's dumb, whatever." But now she's legitimately offended. She acknowledges that she was angry and probably said some things that were out of line, but you have to use different tactics when you argue with different people. Dominique scowls, because she is confounded. She ends by saying, "And you look like all of 30 and act like you're 12." Whitney's response? "Where's the Saran Wrap?" Because...Saran Wrap is color blind? Seriously, I don't know.

Thankfully, there is Tyra Mail! "The battle is on. You better bring it to the center, and WORK! Love, Tyra." Marvita deduces that they're going to be battling with each other, then runs off to stick a lead pipe down her pants. The girls head off to 5 POINTZ of Brooklyn. Lauren tells us that she lives in Brooklyn. She should know then, that 5 Pointz is, from what I hear, actually in Queens. Vendela meets them there, and tells them that they're going to see some of the best posers in the world. It's Benny and the Voguers, all of whom are drag queens or transsexuals. Dominique says that they were all draggish, and all beautiful, and all knew how to work it. She says that this is where she fits in. Because of the "draggish" part, I guess.

Benny explains to the girls that they will break up into two teams, from which there will be individual posing battles. The posing must be continuous, and Benny will yell out catalogue, commercial, or couture throughout. The girls are to end in one of those poses, and each of the battles will be scored according to a point system, and there will be one winner of each battle. The team with the most points will win the whole shebang. Team A features Aimee, Lauren, Dominique, Anya and Fatima. Team B is Whitney, Stacy-Ann , Katarzyna, Claire, and Marvita. The winning team will go to the swag tent, where they will be eaten by the giant, three-horned swag. Some prize! One girl on the winning team will get an extra special prize -- presumably the big winner will be the person who does the best overall.

Battles! First, we have Dominique versus Claire. Dominique is one sinewy bitch. Claire works a backbend. They tie, with one point each. Marvita interviews that Dominique did a good job, adding that Dominique is kind of like a drag queen. we have Lauren versus Marvita. Lauren wastes no time getting on the ground. The queens wave their fingers at her, and she doesn't know if that means she's doing well or poorly. The finger-waving queen presents a conundrum to most pale, gawky girls. Dominique tells us that Lauren whipped ass like she didn't even know she could. Marvita, meanwhile, wasn't putting much emotion into it. Lauren gets two points compared to Marvita's one. I guess the finger-waving was the highest form of praise!

we have Anya versus Stacy-Ann. Anya looks like a big, super-legged freaky cockroach. In a good way. Stacy-Ann knows it, so gets on her back and throws her legs up in the air. It works, and the girls tie with two points apiece. is Fatima versus Whitney. Fatima tells us that Whitney is like one of those obnoxious cheerleaders in high school who sleeps with all the football players. And you hate her. Because she's racist. Whitney does a split and there's a lot of cheering, probably because the queens didn't think that the fat girl had it in her. With her peripheral vision, Whitney notices that Fatima is getting closer and closer to her. Soon, Fatima is actually on top of Whitney and gets her crotch right in Whitney's face. That is some killer instinct right there. Whitney ends up winning on a technicality, with three points to Fatima's two. Finally, we have Katarzyna versus Aimee. Katarzyna deduces that the audience loves freaky poses, so gets on the ground to court their favor. It works, as she wins by four points to two.

Benny announces that Team B has won! Marvita is juiced, even though she lost points for them and is thus freeloading. Vendela and Benny determine that Claire was the best poser of all, and thus will get the super prize. Let me just say that Claire only had one point, as opposed to Katarzyna's four. Benny Ninja is totally racist against dark-haired Polish girls. Team B heads to the swag tent, where they get stuff. Marvita assures us that it's not cheap, fake stuff -- this shit is real. Each girl gets a bag, and gets to try on sunglasses, and can take T-shirts and handbags and the like. Oh, and pink guitars. Of course. Claire, meanwhile, gets a trip to Bora Bora! She's really excited. Whitney thinks that Claire did good, but not that good. She adds, "I'm a plus-sized girl doing splits! Hello!" She has a point.

Back at the house, Fatima practices her walking and posing. Marvita, meanwhile, drinks a Colt 45. Oh my God, I am so totally racist for saying that, aren't I? Marvita gives a toast to Amis, and tells us that she's crazy 24-7, 7 days a week. She's not going to try to be somebody she's not. She's there to be Marvita. And we wouldn't have her any other way! But that's us. Fatima would certainly have her another way. She confessionalizes that Marvita is a child who talks and acts ghetto. Everything she does is ghetto, and she's so hood. Oh my God, Fatima is totally racist, too! I will give her that Marvita is now drinking a 40. Fatima doesn't think that Marvita is in the house to become a model. I want her to say that to Marvita's face, so that Marvita can work out some anger management issues on Fatima's ass. Commercials.

It's time for Saleisha's My Life as a Cover Girl! She gets to go to the Cover Girl factory, where she makes like Shirley Feeney and sports a plastic head cap. She grabs a Wetslicks Fruit Spritzer from the production line and applies the burst of sheer, shiny color and juicy flavor right to her kisser. There's nothing she won't try! Never heard the word impossible! This time, there's no stopping Saleisha. She's gonna do it! And by "it" I mean fill out a job application at the factory.

When we return, Marvita tells us that she likes it at the Top Model house. It's a nice spot to live in. However, she says, she's just some chick from the streets that they picked. And now she's here, just taking pictures. She says that the competition is starting to get to her. She knows nothing about modeling, and is maybe too ghetto. Ah, it's like Season 4's Tiffany redux. Tyra strikes again, with her ten weeks of therapy and savior complex! She's like the Mother Teresa of reality TV.

And she delivers mail! "LA is all about your car. NYC is all about your coat. Love, Tyra." Claire suggests that maybe they're going to do a coat drive. I know she's all about do-gooding, but that's a little too much. I like Marvita's theory better: "We thought, maybe we gonna be nekkid. Maybe we gonna be nekkid in coats." I could play that clip all day and night.

The girls head off to meet Jay Manuel, who builds up their confidence straight off the bat by telling them that they look tired. Today, he says, they're stripping away all of the crazy elements that one might deal with when working in the modeling industry. Oh, you mean like extreme make-up and hats made of plastic wedges and paint splattered all over them? Great! What's more, the shot is going to be really tight, with a close-up on the face and a bit of the torso. But of course, there will be a fashion edge to the shoot, as the girls will have paint splattered all over them. Oh. Disregard the comments above. Anya claps when she hears about the paint. It's a nostalgic moment for her, as it was her favorite meal as a child.

The girls get done up in their bright makeup and plastic wedge headgear. Marvita, meanwhile, is sitting in the corner all covered up in a hat, huge sunglasses, and a turtleneck sweater that goes up to her nose. Jay asks her what the judges said about her last photo, and she mumbles that they told her she did what she always does. Jay doesn't want that to defeat her, and tells her to get the heck out of the corner and start practicing. Fatima watches Marvita practice, and tells us how sad it is that Marvita doesn't know how to look pretty. She says it's okay to be beautiful, and not to be such a hard-core hood all the time. You just stifle and let Marvita be the damn butch self that she wants to be, okay?

Jay introduces the girls to Peter Buckingham, their photographer for today. Lauren is up first, and gets paint dripped all over her head. She clutches her pearl necklace in her teeth, and Jay tells her she looks like she could be on the cover of W. Aimee gives great intensity in her eyes, and Stacy-Ann also does a good job. Katarzyna starts off rough, but gets it together after Jay tells her to imagine some pumping techno music. Whitney is instructed not to suck in her cheeks. Jay also is not so into her dead hand, and how she occasionally looks like a blow-up doll. He doesn't think that she realizes that she has an effortless, timeless beauty.

Anya does a good job, as does Claire, who gets paint in her mouth. Then there's Dominique. Jay fears that it might get too severe, but Dominique is determined to have fun. She works it, and Jay tells her that this might be her best shoot today. Dominique interviews that she's not Tyra Banks, but she will be soon. Bitch, please. Not even someone with such natural gifts of annoyance can hold a candle to Mistress T. Fatima is up , and is determined to have great photos. Jay thinks that she struggles with her overanalytical nature, and doesn't know how to bring variety and improvisation on set. Last and least impressively, we have Marvita. Jay tells her not to get defeated. His words are in vain, as Marvita basically stands there and bugs her eyes out, then stands there and looks off to the side like she's bored. Jay doesn't know what to do. Marvita interviews that she tried to find the softness within herself, but she was intimidated when Jay started to yell at her. He's not really yelling, but he is trying to get some emotion out of her. He thinks that she looks like she's checked out of the competition. She's either over it, he says, or too intimidated by it, and her photo shoot was a disaster.

Back at the house, Dominique hopes that Tyra sees something special in her photo. She interviews that she can see herself being America's Top Model. Marvita does not look quite as hopeful. She interviews that she doesn't want to go home, and hopes that Tyra sees something different in her as we head to commercials.

It's time for panel! There are prizes, there are judges. The guest judge for the week is Vendela, who also happens to be the host of Scandinavia's Top Model. The supermodel bookends effect of her and Paulina at the judging table is almost too much for me to handle, I have to say. Dominique is the first up for evaluation. Her photo is actually really good. Tyra says that, looking through her film, she was surprised at how much softness Dominique displayed. She went from "fine girl in the club" to model. Nigel thinks the shot shows a real intellectual side to her. I don't know if I'd go that far. But really, it's great.

up is Anya. Oof, the nose! Janice Dickinson would totally make her hack that thing off. Nigel wants to see more power in her eyes, which gives Tyra the perfect opportunity to give her famous "dead eyes," "fierce eyes," demonstration. When she does "fierce eyes," it actually looks like she's going to come through the TV screen and try to eat my spleen. Pretty! But, you know, point taken. Katarzyna is , with her hair in a bun just like Tyra told her to do last week. But it still looks too styled. Her poufy hair is certainly going to be her demise. However, she has alive eyes in her photo! Paulina thinks it's relaxed but sophisticated. we have Fatima. In her photo she has an arm over her head, and immediately Miss J. zooms in on her armpit hair. Tyra says it best when she asks, "What is up with the armpits, girl?" Everyone is appalled. Fatima tells them that she doesn't shave, and it is like she just said, "I like to stab puppies in the head with my stiletto heels." Which she probably does, too. But anyway: horror!

Fatima says she thought it would be touched up. The panel is quick to tell her that in the debate over a $1,000 touch up and a $1 razor, the winner is another model. Paula says, "This is the only job in the world that pretty much just requires you to show up clean and shaved and for a lot of money." I love that she basically just undid Tyra's seasons of protestations that modeling is really, really hard work. You just shower, shave, show up, and stand there. I knew it all along! Vendela tells her to take this seriously if she really wants it. Fatima replies that she's very, very serious. The armpit hair almost distracts the judges from the fact that her photo is great.

we have Lauren. She apologizes for wearing Converse high tops, saying that she doesn't know where her shoes are. Tyra asks if someone stole her shoes, and Miss J. speculates that it was one of the queens at 5 Pointz. Lauren confesses that she wears a size 10, and everyone on the panel is like, "Oooh, yeaaahhhhh." Her photo is gorgeous, per usual. Go, Lauren! Whitney is , and her photo is pretty bad. She seems self-conscious, and Vendela says that, based on her performance at the posing contest, it doesn't seem like she's taking it all very seriously. Is that, like, the only English that Vendela knows? Get another critique! Whitney tells her that she was trying to mimic the queens, and assures Vendela that the competition is very serious to her. You don't see her drinking a damn Colt 45 every night, do you?

Claire is . Her photo is good, and would have been great if she'd have lengthened the neck a bit. Nigel says that she has a very strong face, and Tyra also likes the power in it. Then there's Marvita. Tyra notes that she looks defeated, and says that she's gotten word back that Marvita doesn't seem at all invested in the competition. Marvita halfheartedly says, "I really want this and everything." Miss J. thinks she looks sad in her picture. Tyra doesn't hate it, and says that it's almost like National Geographic meets French Vogue. OK, and that's not at all racist? You do not bust out, "You looked like you stepped off of the pages of National Geographic" lightly. To make matters worse, Paulina says that it looks like an orphan is doing modeling. But maybe she means it as a compliment? Poor Marvita. You really can't blame her for wanting to go back to her cardboard box on the corner.

Stacy-Ann is . Her shot is one of Nigel's favorites, and everyone agrees it's great. However, Tyra says that throughout her film she seemed a little lost, and she tends to lose her neck. Aimee is last, and Paulina tells her that in person she tends to look just like a regular real girl rather than a model. The horror! It's almost as bad as a hairy pit. Her skin looks beautiful in her photo. Nigel says that she's a chameleon, and looks very different from one shot to the . We don't yet learn if this is a good or a bad thing.

Need I even mention that Claire is the Cover Girl of the Week again? It's no trip to Bora Bora, but I bet she's still proud.

The judges deliberate. Dominique looks softer and more beautiful than anyone thought was possible. She's almost getting it. Anya might not be able to carry off all the makeup and paint. Katarzyna is losing her wow factor, and needs to raise her game. Fatima needs to learn how to shave her damn pits. Whitney has a fabulous face, but is getting a little dull. Nigel, however, is a fan. Chubby chaser! Vendela doesn't think she has what it takes. Tyra and Miss J. look like they want to stab Vendela for saying this. Claire doesn't need obvious beauty, because she's confident with herself. Marvita is giving up on the competition before it gives up on her. Aimee is a chameleon, but often when a designer books a model it's because she has a certain look. There's not enough of herself in the photos. Stacy-Ann is doing well, and is improving week by week. Paulina loves Lauren, even though she lumbers out like Young Frankenstein. Miss J. wants the queen who took Lauren's size 10s to give them back. Tyra.

It's decision time. There are ten lovely ladies, and only nine photos in Tyra's hands. And the first photo goes to...Stacy-Ann! She is surprised and pleased. Dominique is called , much to Whitney's chagrin. She is followed by Claire, Anya, Lauren, Aimee, Katarzyna and Fatima. This of course leaves Whitney and Marvita in the bottom two. Oh, sadness. Tyra tells the girls that neither of them seems invested, which is a shame because they both have so much modeling potential. But modeling is about more than potential. It's about shaving. Each girl might be feeling inside that they really want this, but if they've learned one thing over the course of this competition, it would be that what's inside does not matter. The judges feel that one girl wants it a little more. And that's Whitney. Aw, man.

Tyra hugs Marvita and tells her that the judges felt that she gave up. If people don't see the fire, she says, they won't know it's there. Marvita hugs the other girls and tells them that they're all top models, and that they should never be scared to show it. She tells us that she sees herself in a different light now. She doesn't want to just head back to the hood -- she wants a better life for herself. She says that she overcame her fear of believing in herself, and her fear of thinking she was pretty. This has been one of the biggest experiences of her life, and she's happy to have gotten this opportunity and to have made it this far. She's going to keep knocking on doors until somebody answers. Hopefully that person won't mistake her for a really polite robber and call the cops. But seriously, there has rarely been a contestant who has grown on me in the span of few weeks like Marvita. She's awesome, and I wish her luck. Adios, my little marvel!

week: Tyra schools the girls in the art of posing, and Dominique gets her ass handed to her by the other girls in the house.
