McFayden brings up the job situation, and that they live together and work together. The job clip package starts. Kyle, Keri, and Chris work as lifeguards. Wow, I totally forgot that even happened. It seems so long ago. The mural work doesn't get a mention. Theo complains about the glorification of Halloween, another of his strong beliefs that apparently he just forgot about. CJP directed the play. Tonya was the worst actor this side of Simon Rex. There was a controversy over cutting Keri's skit, and Keri thought it was personal. Tonya brought up the issue in front of everyone; in an inset, Tonya cringes and Keri just looks confused. But they cut the clip before we get the "get my fucking name right, bitch" comeback from CJP.
McFayden asks what was up with the whole "Bloody Mary" thing. Keri says that she thought it was a good idea, but the end result sucked and she was okay with cutting it. CJP says that the script wasn't good and she wanted to cut it, but it wasn't only up to her. Tonya says that she just wanted CJP to be assertive in her role as director. Doesn't Kyle have anything to say about this? He was involved, as I recall. McFayden brings up the elevator confrontation. Keri says she thought it was funny because it was all about her skit, and she really didn't care if they did it or not. CJP says that she didn't want to hurt Keri's feelings, so she didn't bring it up. Tonya says that she didn't want to be the excuse for cutting the skit. CJP says that Tonya was going to be in surgery and she was in the play, so she was an excuse. Tonya points out that she was still in the play, regardless. I say, point to Tonya. Kyle has to stick his nose in and ask Keri if she still thinks that CJP cut the skit because she wrote it and not Kyle. Keri says no, and then says that she doesn't know, and then says that she doesn't care anymore. Tonya points out that they hadn't had time to work on the skit and make it good. Kyle says that a lot of the group problems started when they all started working together instead of in two groups. Thanks, Captain Obvious. Like we couldn't have noticed that for ourselves. Kyle has a habit of taking over the conversation to make this point that he thinks is so profound and interesting, and really it's just to change the subject from something he doesn't want to discuss, or to focus attention back on himself if they're not talking about him. And it kills all conversation because the things he says are so obvious to anyone who is sighted. And even those who are not. I know this, because Stevie Wonder just called me and was like, "God, Kyle is such a tool!" And I was all, "Dude, I know!" Kyle points out that they had no problems when they worked at the beach, and Keri says that they didn't do anything at that job anyway.
