Episode Report Card Kim: B+ | 1 USERS: A+ YOU GRADE IT Felicity Interrupted

There's a knock on the door at Meghan and Felicity's apartment. It's probably Elena knocking on the closet door, begging to be let out. They must have locked her in the closet, and that's why we haven't seen her much in the last few episodes. It's kind of like on Party of Five, how they kept Owen in the basement. Sean walks into the living room, which is filled with flowers, and asks who died. Meghan says that they're all from her new boyfriend. Meghan hands Sean a shoebox containing the things he left at her place: "Three socks, the toothbrush, half a Speed Stick, and your Tae Bo video." Sean pulls a flip-flop out of the box, which Meghan must have forgotten about, and asks what happened to the rest of his stuff. Meghan says that she threw it out. Sean jealously asks about Meghan's new boyfriend. Meghan says that his name is Paul, but she calls him "Sweetie" because he's so damn sweet. Sean asks if Paul is a florist. Meghan takes another picture of the flowers. The doorbell rings, and Meghan asks Sean to get it. Sean does, and accepts another flower delivery; this time, it's a bunch of sunflowers. Meghan peeks at him while he signs. I can't believe that Sean is falling for this fake-boyfriend thing. Meghan should have said that her boyfriend's name was Harvey Glass. Then again, I don't think Meghan watched The Brady Bunch much when she was growing up. Meghan snaps a picture of Sean holding the flowers for her photography project. Meghan claims that she and Paul have an inside joke about sunflowers, and then reads the card, reacting with a really, really fake laugh. Sean looks upset, and leaves.
Javier gets a manicure in the back room at Dean & Deluca. Isn't that a violation of the health code? Elena comes stomping in and says that she thought Javier had a rehearsal, and that's why he couldn't help her with her Spanish exam. Elena can't believe that Javier lied to her, and couldn't do her a favor. Javier says that he's going to be a star after his opening night next week, so I guess he needs to have nice nails. Elena says that she hopes it's worth it, because he already lost a husband and now he's losing a friend. But Javier didn't break up with Samuel for good until after Thanksgiving. Is it after Thanksgiving? I thought it was only a few weeks after Tracy and Elena's non-wedding. Then again, the fire (which comes up later this episode) happened after Thanksgiving, so I guess the timeline is okay. Javier chases Elena out into the front, but stops short when he sees that the cash drawer is open and all the money is missing. Wait, so they're open? I figured Elena had a key or something. And when has Dean & Deluca ever been this empty? This whole subplot stinks. I'm glad for Javier and Elena to get some final screen time, but you'd think they could have come up with something better than this.
